what i talk about - 2025 retrospective - $4k business mistake - where i want to go link to retrospective: https://treheart.com/p/retrospective-2025 overview spent a healthy amount of time reflecting on this year starting in early september, to be honest im stuck once again and things gotta change. ive got a 30 day hell month w/ maxi coming up. ive got simpler goals, trackers for socials, trackers for finances, and a TON more resources then i had even just 2 months ago. ive spoken with at this point 10+ founders doing over $10k /mo and they've all said the same thing 1.) tre charge more 2.) tre bring more value + roi to your clients 3.) post on socials (but be careful as this is like building another business) 4.) identify the signal vs noise. 5.) pick better clients ive audited my time a healthy amount and found theres quite a few tasks that are simply uncessary (i talk about that in my retrospective). im at a point where i can really start charging that $5k - $10k per project, automation was a HUGE part of that, while im no aaron melton w/ my ability to automate im not half bad either. ive got a strong foundation, ive taken tons of odd jobs and feel comfortable with my understanding of automation. https://www.loom.com/share/c8bc812d99c84d6083aabd66a7ff1f47

Hey guys, just closed another client. 2k followers on insta + 1.63k on yt. Closed on 30% comission + he'll cover all the funnel building systems. Nothing crazy, but he already charges 3k for 6 months PIF and has closed 5 clients, so I feel like we could step in and help him out a bit, not gonna be raining dollars from the sky, but a good experience hopefully.
