🧬 No “creative” DNA?
Being “artistic” is NOT something you’re born with. I used to think creative people were just built differently. At one point, I even decided left-handed people had some secret artistic advantage… and I had been dealt the wrong hand. Literally 😂. I am VERY right-handed. 🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬 🧬 🧬 I have OCD traits 🧬 I like structure 🧬 I like organization 🧬 My house is usually neat and clean 🧬 I don’t wear mismatched clothes 🧬 Not exactly the artist stereotype 🧬 🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬 And yet… my paintings for thousands of dollars. What changed? I stopped trying to “be creative” and built a process that actually works for my brain. Step-by-step. Repeatable. Predictable. More like following a recipe than waiting for a magical unicorn to smack me with inspiration. What do you think? Do you believe you were born creative? Lets discuss this.

A SOLUTION to Overwhelming Choices
Open the box. Press play. Start painting. When I first started in my oil painting journey, I was SUPER overwhelmed with picking supplies. TOO many options!!!! A quick look onto Dick Blick (online art super store) and you would be SERIOUSLY inundated with decisions like: ⚠️ What brushes are good for a beginner? ⚠️ Why can’t I use my other art brushes? ⚠️ What the hell size is a #4? ⚠️ What paints should I try? I didn’t want expensive stuff but I didn’t want shitty paint either. ⚠️ What would I paint ON? Canvas? Other options? And all this with the thought - 😖😖😖😖😖 WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE PAINTING WITH OIL? 😖😖😖😖😖😖 I was painting with acrylics and I liked it. But I could see that oil paints were SO much richer in depth and color and I REALLY wanted to try them. But I was also worried about things like: ❓ What about dry time? I don’t want to let my paintings dry that long! ❓ GOSH, oil paints are so much more expensive!!! ❓ I hear that blending colors is so risky! ❓ Are they toxic and STINKY? ❓ What is this fat over lean shit? My FIRST of many investments in Oil painting was about $300 and that was only the beginning! So, I was determined to make this EASIER for beginners. A SOLUTION - because the struggle was REAL! A low risk startup kit. Try it and no remorse if you hate it and want to pitch it all. So I built what I wish I had. ✅ A simple setup that has been tested. ✅ Brushes that move the paint the way they’re supposed to. ✅ A surface that doesn’t fight you (this part matters more than you think. More to come.) ✅ And most importantly — a place to start These kits include access to a step-by-step painting tutorial along inside this community so you’re not just looking at supplies wondering “What the F💣 do I do now?”. Open the box. Press play. Start painting. And if you already have supplies? There is a list of what I teach with there in the link too. This isn’t about buying stuff. It’s about finally starting. When I wanted to start painting I got oil paints and supplies since my grandfather painted Bob Ross paintings and I loved them. I still have them but went to acrylic paints also since they are cheaper and faster to dry. I still have all of the supplies and when it’s warmer weather I will spend more time outside painting. My space is extremely limited
