@Caroline Claassen Indeed, but it felt kind of strange not to be in my running clothes. Ahah

Share a picture of your most recent run (or at least the most recent one in your camera roll). Ugly, pretty, raw, beautiful - it doens't matter, let's see it! ⬇️

@Madeleine Ringbom To tell you truth I think it was the first time that I’ve used it. It’s the “finisher” jacket from 2023 Europe’s Marathon. As we’re facing lots of bad weather in Portugal and Running everyday, makes it difficult to have dry clothes. So I’ve started to use some giveaway clothes that normally I don’t use ahah
Weekly Challenge #17 Winner 🥳 + Coaching Updates!
Hooray! We have a winner for the seventeenth weekly challenge (Run Strong Basics). Congratulations @Sarah Schwarz! I'll get in touch with you to get you your prize. Besides that, a *coaching* update! This is just for the insiders reading/watching this 👀 🚨 I'll start coaching in March. Only 5 spots available. 2 taken. You can see what pricing will look like in the image attached and what will be included. I'm going to make a separate page for it to outline things better, but this gives a decent summary. If you are interested, DM me or reply here in the comments! You have my guarantee that I will make it worth your money. So if you have ever thought about getting a coach, please do consider! 💙

How Many Running Shoes Are In Your Rotation?
Personally my shoes have way more milages than recommended. I usually rotate between 3 to 5 shoes a week, and do 3-4 indoor runs shoeless to strenghten my ankles and feet. When in Finland my rotation for the past month has only been betweeen - New Balance Rebel v4 - everyday runs - On Couldboom Strike - speed, 25km+ and races - Adidas Terrex Agravic Ultra <- my new fave, as the grip is great on snow At home I have - On Cloudmonster Hyper - easy and long runs - Nike Pegasus 40 and 41 - easy runs - Nike Alphafly 3 - races - Nike Zoom Fly 6 - least favoursite shoe, might use on speedwork under 15k - Nike Pegasus GTX Trail - a bit too small and is not replaced by the Adidad Terrex
