Kicking ass and taking names. 😆 200 min on the bike got 33.91 miles and half of my goal in one session let's go!!!! Quads are little pissed and on fire 🔥 but no pain no gain.

Sorry forgot to post my workouts from the past 2 days. Just been chaotic. Today is run day for day 3 of week 2 which is running and I will probably do a 50k bike ride to start getting my minutes in for this week's challenge. Monday is first pick and thrn yesterday's is 2nd pic.
