First Client prospecting from GITEX for si Omar and si Mohamed
This was an opportunity that was created from GITEX and super well done to @Mohamed Hssina for seizing it, he didn’t hesitate to steal my client 😂😂😂 ( joking, as I didn’t have the capacity to takr the project anyway so I’m glad he did!) Firstly I want to say I truly appreciate how @Mohamed Hssina goes for things, doesn’t overthink and always tries to get clients! It’s such a very very good quality With @Omar B. they will create a strong complimentary team inchallah We all went to the potential clients office to do the process mapping in real time and see the issues… they wanted soooooo many things that now @Omar B. And @Mohamed Hssina are working on under my supervision and I’m excited to see how this works and where this journey takes us I’m very proud of you and inchallah all the success and this is how opportunities start and get created..

Proud of you ! Good Luck !🙌
Agency Builders network
Im just on my way back from Morocco and my brain is still full from GITEX. There are things you simply cannot learn from reading or listening to someone talk about them. You have to be in the room. And this week put me in a lot of rooms. And yes, the solutions we saw at GITEX were good. But I want to be honest with you: what we are learning and building here is far more advanced than anything I saw there. Let that sink in. I’m coming back with one thing burning in my mind. Something I always had in the back of my head but now I am ready to move fast and execute. I am building an Agency Builder Network Here is the reality: I came back with more potential clients than I can handle alone. The opportunities are literally endless and everywhere. Moroccan market, MENA, and beyond. And I refuse to let those opportunities go to waste. So I want to build a network of people I trust. People who can execute. People who are ready. Here is who I am looking for right now: People who are already building production AI solutions or are confident they can start immediately. People who are strong at selling or advertising online. Sector specialists across hospitality, agriculture, marketing, logistics, and more. The way this works: I can bring you clients that I can’t currently take, together we will organise the network by sector so we always know who is the go-to person for what, and together we deliver. I will supervise and double check everything if needed at the beginning to make sure quality is there, and you are comfortable with it.. Everyone benefits. This is just an idea I’m exploring and I’d like to give it a real structure and putting in place right now. We start with Moroccan clients. Then we open to broader MENA clients. Then we go West. I will do a proper live on all of this once I catch my breath after coming back. But I am not waiting to put out the call. If you have been building, if you are confident you can build, if you have a skill this network needs, get in touch now. Send me a message directly and I will share all the details with you personally.

@Zara H thank you 😂 @Nabil Belahmer What I can suggest as the most effective email marketing strategy is the one used by Neil Patel. It is a strong and proven approach in email marketing. Normally, an email should follow this structure: - Identify the problem (low ranking, low traffic) - Show the missed opportunity (lost customers & sales) - Add proof (results, % growth, past clients) - Build credibility (your expertise) - Explain your solution (SEO, content, optimization) - Focus on benefits (more traffic, leads, revenue) - Give a clear timeline (realistic expectations) - Show what makes you different - Add a strong call to action (call / audit) - Reduce risk (free audit, no commitment)

4 images pour resumer notre rencontre What a moment. 🌟 I had the most wonderful time meeting so many of you in person and honestly, I’m still on a high from it. I don’t have the words to fully express how lucky I feel to have you as my community. Every single one of you is kind, generous, and so uniquely yourself and being around that energy just reminded me why I’m building this. It gave me the biggest push to keep going, and to keep building this together with all of you. A huge, special thank you to @Omar B. an absolute superstar who went above and beyond to facilitate things for me and for so many others during GITEX. You are so appreciated. 🙏 And to everyone who helped a fellow community member, everyone who travelled from far to be there, thank you. That effort doesn’t go unnoticed. I love you all. Let’s keep building. 💙 Quel moment inoubliable. On continue à construire ensemble. 💙

GITEX live Tips Recap
Have a LinkedIn account It doesn’t matter if you have connections or not but just have one and start building from today! Business cards I prefer digital cards ( you can just have a QR code to star with ) Morocco still operate on physical cards so if you dak get those too for more old fashion people … Research for businesses, people going to GITEX ( just type GITEX on LinkedIn and checkout the results ), try to connect with them and then message them and introduce yourself, say you will be in GITEX and would be great to connect etc… this gives you warm intro and makes them feel you are familiar when you meet at the event .. visit GITEX website, check out the map, find the interesting businesses you want to connect with so you don’t waste your time and energy on the day. Do not waste your time chasing keynote speakers, focus on visitors that are there to checkou the new technologies, they can be far more interesting than any others in the room and they can be your first client Do not spend more than 30 minutes chatting to someone, but also do not rush as this feels off and not personal at all! Give people the time to talk to you about their business first, be interested before you talk about yours Must must have: you must be able to say what you are do in a simple way I help ( who? ) do ( this) by ( this) For example “ I help real estate founders integrate agentic AI to their business “ Practice this in French, Arabic and English!!! You must focus on one thing even if you do different things- do not try to talk about different businesses or idea etc.., just chose one and focus on that one for three days.. Never sell first, you are there to make contacts, the selling will come naturally afterwards but at first just try to be helpful, listen and connect.. intrigued yourself, business or idea but never push Try ti get yourself into social events happening during those three days if you still have any energy left for it! Logistics: Apparently parking is a nightmare, try to come early so you don’t end up parking very far
