Sunday Cadence: Zero Fluff, Total Access
Team, Today isn't a normal Sunday. We are running a tight, high-yield cadence from start to finish. If you aren't dialed in for this, you're missing the blueprint. Here is how today rolls out: 10:00 AM CST — The Supersize Interview - I’m jumping live over in the Supersize Your Business community with @Sharon Horne-Ellstrom . We’re breaking down business growth, execution, and high-level leadership. Get in that room and see how the philosophy translates to scaling. 11:00 AM CST — Deep Work: Unshakeable Under Pressure - Our official first deep work session. I’m dropping a 5-minute zero-filter lead-in on Non-Reactive Execution, and then the rest of the hour belongs to you. Direct access, open Q&A, and real answers to the friction you faced this week. (People pay good money for this access—be there). - Immediately After — The Sunday Roll Call Briefing - The official briefing drops right after our live sessions to lock in the standard for the week ahead. The Bottom Line: This is the standard we’re setting. Clear your schedule, lock down your environment, and show up ready to work. See you at 10 AM.

Quick Question: We’re Thinking About Evolving Alces Alces…
Good evening, Crew, We’re constantly looking at ways to refine our training ecosystem to make execution simpler, higher-impact, and more valuable for you. Right now, Alces Alces lives inside a standalone workout app. While that delivers prescribed exercises, it misses out on what makes this program special: the community energy, group accountability, and integrated mental & emotional resilience training. We’re considering bringing the entire Alces Alces program directly into our Moose Strong Training VIP community hub. What This Shift Would Look Like Instead of opening a separate training app, every Sunday you’d receive a complete Weekly Execution Blueprint inside our community feed. You’d get: 1. Flexible Daily 30-Minute Execution Blocks (Physical strength + mental/emotional capacity building in one focused session). 2. Built-in Movement Scaling (Clear options whether you train at home with minimal gear or in a full gym, and whether you're starting out or pushing high-intensity). 3. Weekly Resilience & Habit Challenges (Hydration, sleep quality, stress down-regulation). 4. Direct Community Accountability (Sharing daily completions, wins, and mindset reflections together). Here is an example of what your 20-Minute Physical Execution Block inside the 30-minute window looks like under this setup: Total Physical Time: 20 Minutes - Warm-Up & Mobility (3 Mins) - Physical Strength Block (10 Mins – High Density) - Conditioning Element (5 Mins – High Output) - Cool-Down & Down-regulation (2 Mins) Followed immediately by your 10-minute daily Mental Capacity & Emotional Resilience Block Why We Want to Do This: This setup gives you full autonomy to scale your physical workouts up or down depending on how your week feels, while giving you access to our full training vaults, mindset tools, and daily community support, all in one place. WE WANT YOUR FEEDBACK! Would bringing Alces Alces directly into this community hub with weekly Sunday blueprints and daily accountability check-ins be something you’d love to see?

Honestly...too much for me!!!
The $5 Latte Illusion: Why "Picking My Brain" is Disrespect Masked as Networking
Let’s get something straight right off the line. If you join a community, follow a leader, or enter a high-performing ecosystem, and your immediate instinct is to slide into the DMs asking to "jump on a quick 15-minute discovery call" or "buy me a cup of coffee to pick my brain" ...Stop. Just Stop. You aren't networking. You are attempting a value-extraction play. You are asking for 20 years of friction, failure, blood, sweat, trial, and hard-earned mastery for the price of a latte and a quarter-hour of my non-renewable life. That isn't connection. That is pure entitlement. Communication: Honor the Front Door When you enter a house, you don’t kick the door in and start rearranging the furniture. You read the room. In Moose Strong Training, we build clear on-boarding journeys, explicit boundaries, and structured frameworks. We lay out the map so you know exactly how to execute. - Read the content. - Do the work. - Understand the rules of engagement before you open your mouth. If you respect a leader or a community enough to join their space, pay them the baseline courtesy of going through their start-up process. When you skip the work, bypass the on-boarding, and immediately demand personal access, you don't look ambitious. You look like a fool. If you recognize that someone holds the exact knowledge, framework, or leverage to accelerate your life or project, act with honor: Offer to pay them for their time. And realize you aren't paying for a 15-minute block on a calendar, you are paying for the two decades of sacrifice it took them to condense that answer into a 30-second execution step. Expectations: Directness is the Only True Kindness People think "kindness" is soft language, polite smiles, and passive nods while someone acts out of line. That isn't kindness. That is cowardice. Coddling someone’s entitlement just to avoid a tense conversation leaves them stranded in their own ignorance. Real kindness, especially to the people, members, and team you care about, is absolute, unfiltered directness.

As someone who has had her brain picked for decades @Aaron Murauskas, I feel you on this! Curiously enough, after reading this...I put off reaching out to you about the Founder Questionnaire you completed (September 5th), but upon investigation...there is apparently no way to chat with you...so here I am. I have begun doing some interviews as part of the project and was wondering if you would be interested in sharing your story. I find your approach to life and Skool community very unique and compelling. I might have scoped out your Insta...love it!!! Thoughts? You Can Send Me A Chat Via Skool...or check out my socials! Forgot how much fun sleuthing can be!!! Funny how many GIFs there are for sleuthing...
Fear Is Just A Memory Wearing A Mask
Most of the time, the catastrophic failure keeping you up at 3:00 AM isn't a future reality—it’s an unexamined ghost from your past. We allow old bruises, past rejections, and ancient missteps to dictate our future potential. You aren't actually afraid of the task in front of you; you're afraid of re-living a feeling you never properly processed. If you want to break the choke hold fear has on your decisions, you have to stop running from the phantom and start stripping away its power. Here is your Moose Strong Sunday Roll Call for the week ahead: Vector 1: Peaceful Unmask the Root Emotion When anxiety spikes, stop reacting to the surface situation and trace the wire back to the bomb. Ask yourself: "Is this current challenge actually dangerous, or is it just triggering an old, unhealed memory?" Peace begins the moment you separate real, present-day threats from past emotional echoes. Vector 2: Reasonable Deconstruct the Worst-Case Scenario Fear thrives in ambiguity. Bring reason to the fight by forcing your vague worries into exact, concrete terms. Write down the absolute worst possible outcome, quantify the actual damage, and map out your immediate recovery plan. Once the unknown becomes a defined tactical problem, the fear evaporates. Vector 3: Physically Capable Move First, Process Second Fear produces physiological paralysis: shallow breathing, elevated heart rate, and hesitant body language. You cannot think your way out of a physical stress response; you have to act your way out. Take control of your breath, change your posture, and execute a small, physical action immediately. Action kills anxiety every single time. Weekly Action Item: Identify the one decision you’ve been delaying out of "caution." Unmask the old fear behind it, write down the actual worst-case scenario, and take one direct, physical step toward it today.

DAY 3 CHECK-IN & Final Debrief
1. Physical Tier Completed & Quality Rating - Beginner 2 reps -Best Day...Walking In My Thing! 2. Mental Capacity Key Takeaway from the John Boyd Case Study-I have a fast OODA (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act)...created my own version over the years! 3. Resiliency Task Status: EXECUTED 4. 3-Day Challenge Completion Statement - I did it. I did not want to do some of it (but I said I would, so I did it anyway). I am resistant to other people's ways of doing things because I have spent a lot of years figuring out how to do things in ways that work for me. Open to better ways, but have to test/tweak and make them my own (habits, strategies, tools, etc.)

@Aaron Murauskas Interesting. I agree, after having lots of coaches over the decades, coaches are important and are an invaluable resource. Not sure I understand exactly what you mean by the caveat. I think a person should be able to program and coach themself... The purpose of coaching to me is to help create skills, capabilities, confidence, strategies, systems and structures so the person can create the life they want (often business they want in my case) without being dependent on anything or anyone outside themself. I help to create folks who can think for and manage themself. I am not looking for a lifetime coaching gig...too old for that!
