I would reach out to 100 school community owners a day, with an offer to extract $5,000 from an additional 40% of their paid customers and the first $500 from an additional 30% of their free members. My fee would come at 10-20% of this incremental revenue that I help them get, nothing before. I help people privately to dissolve mental constraints, so they can get unstuck and into high performance and productivity. I would simply do this for their existing customer base and move them up through an ascension model
