Feedback Wanted: Help Shape This Community! 🙏🏼
The best things aren’t just built for people, they’re built with people. I’ll be honest: I’ve poured time and energy into creating resources that didn’t always land the way I hoped. That’s why I’ve shifted my approach to focus on honest conversations, strategy calls, DMs, and posts to discover what actually resonates. It’s made all the difference. I’ve found more connection, more clarity, and more ways to help people move forward. This community isn’t just a place to get support, it’s a space where we can shape what we need, together. But I know we can use it even more for market research, idea sharing, and collaboration. So, I’d love to hear from you: - How can I make this community as valuable as possible for you? - What do you want to see more of? - What problems are you facing, and what would truly help you solve them? Your feedback means everything. Drop your thoughts below👇 or DM me directly, let’s build something that really works for everyone here!

Want Your Resume to Tell a Story That Stands Out?
Most resumes list what you did. The best ones show who you are and the impact you make. Resume storytelling is about more than just job titles and bullet points—it’s about connecting the dots and showing the journey behind your skills. Here’s how to get started: - Highlight results, not just responsibilities - Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) for your bullet points - Weave in your “why”—what motivates you and what you’re proud of - Make every line count toward the story you want employers to remember Ready to transform your resume into a powerful story? Drop your draft or a bullet point below for feedback—or share a win where your resume opened a door! Let’s help each other craft resumes that get noticed for all the right reasons.

Templeate Test-Drive
I was take one of the templates that I put on this platform for a testdrive and I think I found the formula. Take a look at this: @Christina Smith Subject: Resume Submission - [Gregory F. Liverpool] - [Applying for Job Title] Dear [Recruiter's Name or "Hiring Team"], I am writing to express my strong interest in the [Job Title] position at [Company Name], which I saw advertised on [Platform where you saw the ad, e.g., LinkedIn, the company website]. Due to a neurodivergent disability, I find it challenging to use online application portals, which can often be a barrier to submitting my resume effectively because my resume is from a non-traditional talent base and therefore gets instantly screened out, which creates all sorts of Right to Access and Inclusion issues, which is a duty to accommodate. As a result, I am requesting an accommodation to submit my resume directly via email. I have attached my resume for your review—my skills, my passion for HR and DEIAB as a profession, with a protagonist personality. I call myself the “canary of HR”—I sense culture shifts before they surface, and I act fast to drive change that matters. I don’t just adapt to company culture—I shape it, with intention and insight. What sets me apart? I bring a fresh, empathetic lens to talent strategy, compliance, and inclusion. I’ve supported everything from revamping onboarding programs to leading DEI initiatives that stick on paper and in practice. My superpower is connecting dots others miss, especially when creating equitable, people-centred systems that boost retention and engagement. If you’re looking for someone who thinks differently, leads with purpose, and understands the future of HR, I’d love to be part of that conversation to put my trillion-dollar worth of talent to good use. Make me confident that I would be an excellent fit for this role. Thank you for your understanding and for considering my request. I look forward to hearing from you.

How about this --- “If you’re looking for someone who thinks differently, leads with purpose, and understands the future of HR, I’d love to be part of that conversation and bring my unique, trillion-dollar talent base to your company, delivering both industrial and corporate advantage. I’m confident I would be an excellent fit for this role and would welcome the chance to discuss how I can contribute.”
