After school snack and got my steps in this morning on the walking pad. My biggest take away is how a challenge like this pushes me and holds me accountable! There were days I wouldn’t have walked if it wasn’t for the challenge and needing the steps. Maybe I’m competitive or a perfectionist (definitely that lol) but it pushed me to be better and do better.
PD afternoon made steps tough today but a family evening outing got them in. Also forgot to take a pic of my snack. Loving vanilla yogurt with PB powder 🤤
Didn’t get a walk in today the universe was just not having it. But teacher and mom life were enough to get my steps over 8,000. Protein shake snack after school before starting second shift as a mama!

Another very long day and another day this challenge is the only reason I walked after bedtime. I need to get back to morning walks because I’m always amazed at how much better I feel not only physically but mentally after and how my mind feels more clear. Protein snack was a protein bar at snack time today! Looking forward to tomorrow not having any plans after school and getting a walk in sooner. Now dishes and bed 😴
