Many women in a “next chapter” season feel emotions they can’t always explain because they’re grieving one version of themselves while trying to become another. Here are some of the most common emotions women experience during transition: - Fear - Confusion - Grief - Loneliness - Exhaustion - Restlessness - Self-doubt - Anger/Frustration - Hope - Relief - Empowerment Transition often feels messy because growth and grief can exist in the same season. I am just seeing this! Thank you so very much for your question and your warm welcome! It’s a joy for me to be here with all of you! This is such a powerful question for me because in my 40s I have transitioned through so many things including making 6 figures 2 years in a row, moving back to my home state, my father passing away, declaring bankruptcy, having 2 friends who believed so much in my business that’ they became clients pass away, having my grandmother pass away, breaking up with a boyfriend, starting a new relationship with another, going through challenges in the relationship, and that’s just a few of the things. I think that I wish I would have told myself that I should brace for the things that life brings but give myself grace as I navigate through them.
