Who can teach me the difference between a and e pronunciation, eg, bad and bed

I’m trying to set aside some time to listen coach Shane’s podcast and I find it’s really beneficial. He would spell those unfamiliar words and I think it’s really helpful.If you haven’t listened to it yet, it’s high time for you to do it.
