No spoilers!! But... Fritz died, I almost got to 0 hp as a fighter, used all my maneuvers, my action surge, 2 second winds and 2 luckies, just non stop action! Lucky for me we got to the BBG just as resources we're running low 1 or 2 more waves and DMSage would have had us on the ropes more than he did already! We would have been looking for a fortified area for a short or long rest or it was a TPK! In a long running game to clear the whole map would have been very difficult and challenging for any party, our team I must say was great, just the right mix for what was thrown before us to challenge. I think we had just the right mix of melee and magic. We also role played to get Fritz an intimidated shackled chained up sock in mouth Goblin guide but even he got put to pasture!! Sage didn't miss a beat he is very awesome DM it was great fun!!

@Sage Crane Just giving credit where credit is due! You have a talent, you put in the work, know the rules, and put in the creativity and patience. I’ve been bouncing around other games looking for another great game for last month doing one shots, daggerheart,, marvel only choosing the free games accepting new players. No comparison so far as I am concerned. Falling to sleep with headset on compared to a roller coaster with no seat belt was great trying to hang on through the loops! You should try to publish some of your work. Worse they can do is say no thanks but you’ll never know until you ask. That one organized one shot dungeon is gold for any DM to throw into a long game when they are preparing other things & not ready. Repopulate it for Low Mid and High level, truly gold!

@GoblinOneShotParty1 We are Missing a Healer of some kind, Rogue Skills, Wizard/Sorc/Warlock magic caster for rounded party but vs Goblins we should be alright with any 3 of anyone at lvl 7. An all a round fighter that can fight with Halbert for reach and great damage, a Longbow for ranged attacks, a warhammer for push attacks into hallway walls in tight spaces. He mostly likes to take advantage of the versatility of his quarterstaff that allows him to use his pole arm master and sentinal feats while using his shield even though his reach is lessened as well as his damage one handed. This gives him a tanky status and he still has plenty of tricks to use on battlefields. The Adventurer's guild made him cook and clean the guild hall since he was saved as a child so the broom and mops were Goreman's practice weapons as a kid and he just stuck with using a good old stick to fight one handed or two handed. Scout is a four years old and highly trained Mastiff mostly in hand signals. Scout's dog treats are kept inside a make shift pouch on the inside of Goreman's shield. Scout is trained to pick it up if Goreman drops his shield to switch weapons during fights. Scout is trained to follow within a safe distance when exploring dungeons or countryside unless commanded to scout ahead. Scout has always been with Goreman while on city guard duties. The dogs perception has saved Goreman from many embarrassing situations. Goreman's section of the city is a very safe section now that he is on nightly watch. Goreman was always very perceptive and alert with his upbringing this has helped him notice many things that others overlook.

There is an elven blade I remember that is passed down from generation to generation of Bladesigner elves and has a list of powers that add over thousands of years..Take that list add it to a sword that absorbs the lifeforce of others and add a magic efefct every BB decapitated!

Awesome Blades if allowed by your DM for Bladesinger I would stipulate the bladesigner take Inheritor as Origin or race feature to get this then leave it to chance to see how many incarnations it has went through....I am having a great time deciding on my build for the one shot right now I get 1 uncommon magic item and it's shield to add a parry maneuver stay alive or a Halberd +1 or Warning to add Sweeping attacks combined with Cleave to potentially hit 4 targets every attack per 8 targets with two hits action surge to 16 targets in one round with one final butt hit for whoever needs it that's not counting what I get in opportunity or riposte cleaving double hits ...hits after hits after hits yeah made up my mind typing
