Rest and relaxation. How often do you indulge in it? As a biz owner it's important to build this into your daily schedule. Yeah, I know, you don't have time. But we all have the same amount of time. So why not make it a non-negotiable. spend one-hour a day unplugging from SM, your biz, and indulge in me-time. Make it a priority. Block out the time on your calendar.
