Name Protection
6 figure question--- When we select a name, whether OUR OWN name or a DBA or an LLC or C Corp, and we register it or trademark it in our own state, that doesn't protect that name in other States. But our client base may be (hopefully) wider...how do we protect our (public) name in a broader potential market?
