I wanted to share my journey learnings of the past 3 years. I've been working with my psychotherapist for 3 years and I'm committed to a 4 year period (my own decision). Year 3 has seen me move naturally into spirituality by my own venture. I believe this is a natural progression and that healing is best practised within the spiritual community due to its deeply intimate connection with my brothers and sisters of the one energy. I know a lot of us are healing from trauma, but I wanted to share the structure and methodology of my Psychotherapy journey as it may help you to break the cycle of looping behaviour. I present to the students of the trauma practitioner course my therapist runs, every year and report my findings. I'm an ongoing recovering case study for the students.

I just wanted to share my experience of being on this community forum for 2 months. It's been such a safe and natural place to open up about Healing/Awakening/Remembering. My spiritual awakening really only started this year, I'd spent 20 years going through the science psychology side but was called to move to spirituality to go into the next phase of healing. This community has been a blessing and essential in the next stage of my healing. Just being able to speak with you all openly. The part I like the most, apart from the incredible empathy, is the automatic pull to what we have in common. Truly the spirit of one. My life before was all about isolation and what divides us. To all I've spoken to privately, publicly on the forum and met on the group calls, this experience has been of such great value to me. And those I've yet to meet, this will all happen exactly when it's meant to. The knowledge from all realms and stages of awakening is honestly mind blowing and advanced members have so much to offer in guidance, experience and knowledge. I finally feel part of something. A kind reminder that when you want to channel information about someone, please ask for their consent first. This goes against the Universal Laws of Freedom and Free Will, and the same principle applies to healing. For those who are not in QuAH, this is exactly what I teach (In QuAH MAster & Practitioner, Module 1, Part 4): "We never offer healing or try to influence another person’s energy without their permission. This applies to everyone, even close family and loved ones. Why? Because every soul has its own life lessons to live through. If we step in without consent, we interfere with their free will and with the natural timing of their journey. Healing is not about saving others. We are not God. What we carry within us is God’s essence: the spark of divine energy that allows us to hold space and channel healing when someone is ready. Consent is the door that opens the way. Without it, there is no true alignment and no real flow of energy. Always begin by asking permission, explain what you intend to do, and respect the other person’s choice fully." I mention this because someone recently sent me a message explaining that they had used a photo of me to channel information about me as a practice exercise. Their intention was good and came from a genuine place, but they did not ask for my consent beforehand. Afterwards, they experienced extreme tiredness and continuous yawning. They also received some surface-level information, but not the deeper messages or insights. Please understand that people who work regularly with energy, healing, and channelling usually have energetic protection systems in place. I personally have several layers of protection and shielding. There is also a Protection Course available here, where you can learn how to create your own energetic shield, and more advanced protection techniques are taught in the later modules of the QuAH Master programme. Anyone working with energy should learn how to protect themselves properly. There is a reason that during all of our live meetings I create a protection shield around the group and then consciously disconnect it at the end.
