@Kaelee McMahon that’s I feel sometimes too. I feel like for me I use to see them more and now not so much but I know that they are asking me to trust more without seeing. I have been asking for signs with things too like I was in my head about something last week so I asked them…. Spirit guides if this is right for me please send me a humming bird. I started driving shortly after and a humming bird hovered right in front of windshield….And then I heard “just trust” lol

@Shine On same!!! That is what helps guide me to what needs to be released in others during reiki sessions. I’m starting to get the hang of determining where it’s coming from and releasing it from myself. Now it’s thoughts. I same able to retrieve the thoughts from others which sometimes I have to really stop and ask spirit where they are coming from because they come in as my own and sometimes it can be overwhelming….. especially if they are not good ones but I’m getting there and Matthew has definitely helped me navigate that gift as well

@Craig Florek I don’t see it as taking it in. I see it as I’m led to a certain spot in my own body where I feel something all of a sudden which leads me to where the block is in someone else. After I do that it goes away in my own body. It mainly happens during sessions. For example, last week I had a client come in for a session. As I started to work on her I had a pain in my sacral, i determined whether it was mine or hers… it was hers so I touched her sacral and a huge block was released….. so I don’t see it as me taking in her pain.. I see it as a tool/gift to help me navigate the blocks with in others

@Matthew Bueno you are the best and I am so grateful for you and your wisdom!!! I went on a walk, felt from my feet and oh my goodness what a difference!!! The messages came straight from my heart and also my sacral! It’s like I heard them but not from where I normally do .. it was like I had ears in my heart and in my sacral!!! Incredible! Guided meditations is what I mostly thrive from. Shakti Dancing especially if my energy is feeling stuck, Grounding with the earth and listening to what is coming through (I really enjoy playing with the wind) , I also thrive from clearing myself with Reiki although I feel like I don’t use Reiki on my self as much as I should.
