I think we’ve all done it. Bought something because it looked the part (the packaging, the website, the shopfront) and then it simply didn’t deliver. Mine was Grind coffee capsules. Gorgeous branding, fabulous coffee (when bought at one of their London coffee shops) but it just didn’t taste as good in my coffee machine… I still have the lovely tins though. 😊 And then there are the ones we just trust and go back to repeatedly. For me that’s Mini. My little car (that’s him in the pic) has never let me down and I loved being able to spec it just how I wanted it. 8 years on and he’s still going strong, the promise of fun, individuality and reliability of Mini all come through for me. It’s what I talked about in my summit sesh this week. Branding is more than just your logo, colours and fonts. It goes deeper than the aesthetics. What keeps people coming back is what you actually do for them, how you make them feel, and doing that reliably, every single time. I also covered how important it was for your AI to understand your brand too. So I’d love to know: which brand looked the part but let you down, and which one delivers on its promise for you every time? 👇 P.S. Don’t forget to grab my freebie in the swag bag (it closes today!).
