I see a lot of people struggle with staying organized and it really bottlenecks your growth. also it sucks Here’s a simple way I saw someone solve it, and what I did too: 1. Use a CRM to centralize all tasks and client interactions 2. Automate reminders for calls and appointments. 3. Regularly update your system to keep everything on track.
