My site has been down since last night. This is how people pay and buy tickets for our show. I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone.

There was a combined attack over the past few days. First, Amazon data centers were hit with drones and missiles in Bahrain. Then hackers hit Cloudflare with DDOS attacks. We have blocked traffic from outside the US and are actively moving to new, non-targeted servers.

@Brian Diez i need my hand held with crm! 😫 and how do we get the sms approved? It’s been since December and we are still not approved! Anyone else have their Twilio sms taking months to get approved? -Cindia

Quick update from the team - Cindia/Michael are using their own Twilio accounts, so Jason is waiting on this A2P approval to make sure the submission isn’t wasted.

@Michael Rialmo highlevel is for lead gen. It is not optimal for running the day to day school. That is why we built Monstro-X.
Keeping track of stripes, belts, promotions etc?
Hi everyone! My wife Cindia and I are new to using highlevel/Monstro. She is the one in charge of getting really good at it, she does 99% of the admin stuff for our academy. She will be the more active one. How do you guys keep track of your students, stripes, belts, promotions etc on Monstro? - Cindia

We don't recommend the highlevel CRM for running the school. Its only for lead gen. Monstro-X is for running the school. You can use tags or custom fields to track belt progress. It also has payment processing, attendance tracking, community board, and gamification.
Adding a new contact? Who do I add first?
Hi all! Who is the best Monstro contact to ask about setting up a Contact correctly, if there’s a parent and signs up the kid, then the kid quits but then the parent signs up. If I search the kid’s name in the search bar will it populate? I’m so confused on crm. And I can’t always email the 2 guys in the Philippines as our schedules don’t alone. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Other highlevel skool, fb etc groups I’m currently running our old crm still, since December. - Frustrated Cindia.

Free or Paid Trials
Question. We currently offer a free trial class as part of our funnel. We're thinking of switching to a paid trial format. What do you guys think? Does anyone have experience with paid trial classes? I'm looking to get more leads of a higher quality and improve my show rate. Thanks

I would estimate that half of our customers run paid trials. My advice is: (1) Keep it short. Don't kill your cashflow with any offer longer than 14 days. You want to get them on a regular plan ASAP. (2) The $ amount doesn't really matter. Its the act of pulling out their wallet that is important. Here are some offers being run for long periods of time with success: 5 Days for $5, 10 Day Free Trial ($150 Uniform Deposit Only), 2 Weeks for $49 (Includes Uniform), 3 Days for $30 (Includes hand wraps). (3) Always include a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee. Reverse the risk even if its for $5. (4) Ask everyone to leave you a Google review. If they took a class, then they can leave you an honest review that gets you more trials in turn.
