We spend so much time inside the AI bubble that I think we forget something important: Most of the world is still trying to figure out how to use AI for everyday life. This week, while traveling and sitting in board meetings, I talked to executives, managers, and professionals about how they’re actually using AI right now. Not building agents. Not coding apps. Not creating viral prompts.
