You will often get a lot of mileage out of using the OpenAI module. So I thought I'd share how to use the ROLES section - In the Create a Chat Completion Method: OpenAI module Roles section: In the Make.com module, you would typically populate all three roles (System, User, Assistant) to guide the AI's responses effectively. Here's how you can do it: System: This is where you define the initial context, behavior, and tone of the assistant. It helps the AI understand how it should respond throughout the interaction. User: This is where you input the user's query or message. It represents the input from the user that the AI needs to respond to. Assistant: This is where you would include the AI's response. In Make.com, you might not need to predefine the assistant's response, as this is what you want the AI to generate. However, if you want to provide an example or guide the AI with a template, you can include it here. Example Setup in Make.com: System Message: Role: System Content: "You are a helpful and friendly customer support assistant. Always greet the user warmly, provide clear and concise information, and ask if there is anything else you can assist with at the end of each interaction." User Message: Role: User Content: "Hi, I would like to know the status of my order #12345." Assistant Message: Role: Assistant Content: (Leave this blank or provide an example/template if you want to guide the AI's response) How to Populate in Make.com: Add a System Message: Select the role as System. Enter the content: "You are a helpful and friendly customer support assistant. Always greet the user warmly, provide clear and concise information, and ask if there is anything else you can assist with at the end of each interaction." Add a User Message: Select the role as User. Enter the content: "Hi, I would like to know the status of my order #12345." Add an Assistant Message: Select the role as Assistant.
