Hey everyone 👋 I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Having a bunch of you in here asking questions, sharing your journeys, and supporting each other has meant a lot. Upwork Testimonials
Hey everyone! I am relatively new on Upwork but Upwork is taking more than 2 months to verify testimonials from past clients (out of Upwork). Is this a common happening or what could I be doing wrong? Please help! Appreciate you 🫶🏾

Hi Thelma! Are you talking about the testimonial section of your profile far down on your profile? Not from a contract?

@Thelma Lamnda Ah gotcha. That’s one of those things that is dependent on the person you sent it to going through the steps on Upwork. I would reach out to that person directly and let them know they should’ve gotten an email from Upwork and need to go through the steps to help you out on there. Unfortunately Upwork doesn’t make that super easy and it sits low on profile so clients tend to not scroll that far down anyway. Hope that helps clear up why it sometimes takes so long!
