What goes in Premium and what is Free? I created a program based on my clinical experience as a therapist and my lived experience. I took what I do in therapy and "put it on paper." The program works - that is not the issue. Where I am struggling - my ethics, morals, and character vs the desire to make money. I've been told that I need to lock down my classroom, lock down my program, and make it all premium. I currently have 4 courses and in May will be starting a new one. Right now, my main program is free. I want members to use it. I charge Premium for anything that is a direct interaction with me: weekly body doubling, weekly live group coaching, and monthly Doom Pile sessions. So my question is: Do I lock down my classroom and make it all premium? Do I continue to do what feels good to me? I don't know. I waver on this all the time.

🗣️📣 Friends!!! Two weeks ago I was on top of the world 💪 I was promoting my Skool community in Facebook groups. And it worked. 20 to 40 new members arriving on the island every single day. I was welcoming people left and right… Handing out airplane tickets to move to my Skool Island like it was nothing 🎟️ And then… Facebook deleted the best group I was posting in. Just like that. Gone. 😶 Okay. I picked myself up. Found another group. Started again. Got traction again. People commenting. members joining. And then Facebook restricted me for replying too fast with the same message. So there I was… Posts getting comments. People wanting to become members. And me… unable to deliver the airplane tickets. 😩(that’s how I call my Skool link) OK let me explain clearly: I was copy pasting the same reply with my link to too many people in a too short period of time. And facebook thought I was a bot! 🫤 If you’ve ever felt like you were SO close… And then something just pulled the rug from under you… That was me. Week 1 : 61 members 😌 Week 2 : 120 members 😃 Week 3 : 307 members 🤩 Week 4 : 335 members 😯 You can see momentum slow down in week 4. But here’s what 5 years in this industry taught me 😌 Setbacks are just redirections in disguise. Because in the middle of all that frustration… I found Adrienne. 👀 A digital marketing strategist who has built 4 monetized Facebook groups with 30,000+ organic members. She knows Facebook! She handed me a safety checklist for posting in FB groups without getting restricted. And she’s teaching the exact strategy I use to find 20 to 40 lost souls per day… Those souls… wandering the internet… Doomed to live sale to sale with one time commissions… And bring them home to Prosperity Island. 🏖️ Her community is free to join. In the UK, May Day, the fist Monday in May is always a public bank holiday. It's usually celebrated with street fetes of which we've just come back from cold and saturated (it was sunny when we left then poured down, so we dived under cover into the nearest record shop), but I did manage to find some rare 1980's vinyl for my collection. So normally weekends for me are non-negotiable family, friends and me time. I'm telling you this so you know I haven't just abandoned you all... it's 2 days (3 in this case) where I enjoy scheduled evergreen time with my family and more local friends, and things that give me joy. Even if that's just watching TV with my kids like I did this morning. So, I'll be a bit quieter at weekends . Just letting you know why. Hope you're all enjoying a lovely one.
