Pretty flowers right? 🌺 This is the private residence backyard where I work as a caregiver twice a week. Though residents pay $7,000 a month just for a room and a bathroom... (What a cool recurring income for the owner but come on…! 🙄) …it’s luxurious, beautiful, great food, and peaceful with 24/7 care. A lady said it’s like living in a Las Vegas hotel 😅 The rest of the week I also work for the government public side of caregiving. And what I see there is a completely different story. Elderly people living in bugs, in dirty apartments not because they don't care, but because they can't afford a cleaning lady. They have to choose between eating and buying their diapers. That image never leaves me. That is one of my why. And I think deep down it might be yours too. So let me ask you something uncomfortable. When you are elderly, do you want to still be chasing your next one-time commission just to survive? Or do you want to be quietly collecting the recurring income you were smart enough to build when you were young? 😌 The time to build it is now. Not later. 💬 Just curious! What is your offline job? I really appreciate that so many of you are directly asking me for advice and questions in the DMS, which I do actively encourage because conversation leads to opportunities for everyone. HOWEVER, I am only one person with so many hours in each day and I literally cannot keep up. Because I want to help all of you and some of you are waiting weeks for a reply from me. I would really encourage you to make a new post here in the group with your question, and tag the most appropriate resident experts who is most likely to be able to be able to assist. (I'm @Adam McCollough ) That way our conversations are also open and available to help other people who might have similar problems, you will get your problem solved faster, and you will have the help and different viewpoints of 20 experts and 500 community members. There is a category already set up called. "Ask an expert". Please feel free to continue to send me DMS, I love hearing from all of you but I just want to let you know that this could be a much more effective way to find answers. I will also be adding an ask me anything live session every week in the free community tier when the tiers go live in the middle of this month, so watch the calendar for this and be sure to add it to your personal calendar as a recurring event.

Does this take me closer towards my goal? Yes. Why don't I outsource it and spend time growing my company like all the gurus would tell me to do? Because then I wouldn't have the fun of doing it. I'd been giving someone else the pleasure, and end up doing jobs. I don't like like payroll, admin, insurance, accounting, tax returns and the stress of running a bigger company, and trying to get more sales to pay someone else to do the things that I would rather be doing!... Sometimes freedom is as simple as being able to choose how you spend your day. Now it's quite warm so I'm going to go home and relax with an ice cream in the sunshine while I decide what else I'd like to do today. I also spent some time on skool this morning, wrote an article to promote my book, and spent some time fixing the pond filter. How have you spent today so far... And what's your version of success?
