🌊 When Content Feels Like a Warm Embrace: The Art of Emotional Storytelling
There's something about certain songs that grab hold of your soul and don't let go. I've spent the day listening to Noah Kahan's "Stick Season Forever" with my daughter - that's the album of the day, maybe the week – raw, honest, cutting straight through to what's real. The way those melodies wrap around you like an old friend who knows exactly what you're feeling, even when you can't find the words yourself. That's the kind of presence we're called to create. Not just showing up, but showing up in a way that echoes in people's bones long after we've left the room. Think about it – years from now, people might not remember the exact words you spoke, but they'll never forget how you made them feel in that moment. Your authentic presence has its own melody. Sometimes it's as gentle as acoustic guitar strings in the morning light. Other times it's as powerful as a chorus that makes you want to roll down the windows and sing at the top of your lungs. Both are perfectly, uniquely yours. Take this moment: Close your eyes. Let yourself really feel into these questions: What emotion does your presence create in others? Is it like that first warm day of spring after a long winter? The quiet understanding in a friend's kitchen at midnight? The surge of courage that comes when someone believes in you before you believe in yourself? --------------- Share below: What's your emotional signature? How do you want people to feel when they encounter your energy? Like a song that finds you at exactly the right moment, your authentic presence has the power to shift something in someone else's world. Trust that your way of being – even the parts that feel like they're still finding their rhythm – is exactly the medicine someone else needs today. We're not here to perform perfection. We're here to create resonance. To strike that chord that reminds others they're not alone in this beautiful, messy, human experience. With love & intention, Elfina 💖

I like to think that the emotional signature I have with others is trust.
I’ve started an actual, physical ebook!
Taken baby steps today and have joined Inner Bloom for its fantastic support (this site really resonates with my business @Angel Fletcher ) AND read through tons of learning ( I admittedly went down a rabbit hole today re all things MMR) - which ended up with me on Designerr where I created my very first MMR e-book ready to publish and sell! Never done anything like this in my life. Is that a baby step? Or a giant leap 🤣🤣🤣??

Congratulations @Chantelle Swaby. I look forward to seeing posts about the e-book journey.
Connecting with others is never easy.
Meeting new people can be hard sometimes but you can at least try your best to get to know them better and they can get better by getting to know you better as well. No one said it will be as easy as you may think it's okay to feel shy and scared when it comes to learning new things or meeting new people and that's a normal feeling to feel sometimes you might think that they are your people and then you realize that they aren't your type of people to hang out with or whatever and that's okay as well wanting to be alone and not talk to anyone that you know very well can be normal as well you might just want time to yourself and just want to be alone since you might be having a rough day/time don't be afraid to say that to them and that's okay to have those type of days we all have those type of days at times as well remember you are not alone. It's okay to connect with the same people you are already connected with as well at least you try your best when meeting new people and learning new things. Connecting with new people can be a good thing sometimes since meeting new people can help not only me but it can help others as well if they are your type of people sometimes it doesn't work out and that's okay don't stress out about it you will be able to meet and connect with others as well it won't be the last time.

I have found that I like to be a good listner. Sometimes if the other person feels heard making the connection is easy and you haven't had to do a lot.
Meal prepping for my work lunches
Boom baby!! Meals are ready for my work lunches🔥🔥 And I deboned 2 other Costco chickens and froze them for future meals. Those 4 meals are from one chicken. They were huge. Share your meal prep ideas with me. I do change it up once in a while 😊😊
