Hello Everyone! And thank you @Erin Corine Johnson for the invite to be here with all of you beautiful people. ➡️ My name is Annemarie Shrouder. My pronouns are she/her. I'm a born and raised Canadian, having spend most of my life in the Toronto area. 4 years ago I came to Barbados with my then 8-year old to escape covid lock down in winter, and we are still here. ➡️ I am the Founder & Principle at Annemarie Shrouder International. I have been in the DEI space for over 20 years, and have been doing that work in the last 5 through the lens of creating healthy workplace communities by building belonging. ➡️ I do have three IG accounts (one personal and for the above, one as a biracial person exploring what it is to be mixed and embrace both, and a new one where I post my poems).
