Next week I’m doing something really special and I want you all to be there for it. Next Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Perth time, I’m hosting a 1.5 hour breakthrough breathwork session. But this time, it’s different... This one is all about healing our mother and father wounds. The stuff that lives deep in your body, your identity, your reactions, your relationships, your leadership, your triggers. I want every single one of you to make the effort to be there live. Not maybe. Not “I’ll catch the replay.” Be there. Show up for yourself!!! Because no matter how much we love our parents, whether they’re blood or step, whether they tried their best or not, they still passed things down. Their beliefs. Their fears. Their patterns. Their survival strategies their nervous system regulation and their TRAUMA! We picked it all up. From being in their energy. From watching how they lived. From what they said. From what they didn’t say. FROM A BABY UNTIL NOW! But also through their DNA and genetics. WE ARE THEM! And it’s not about blame. It’s about truth. You are carrying stuff that isn’t even yours. And unless you break those chains, you’ll pass them on. To your kids. Your partner. Your team. Your clients. AND ALLOW THEM TO TAKE OVER YOUR LIFE! The healing begins when you choose to cut those cords. When you breathe through the pain that shaped you. When you meet the part of you that’s still looking for love, for safety, for approval. AND VALIDATION! This is your moment to set that version of you free. This session will be vulnerable. It will be confronting. It WILL crack something open in you. But it will also bring the biggest sense of release and clarity you’ve had in a long time. Most people who do this kind of work end up becoming the black sheep in the family. Because you stop fitting into the mould you were raised in by thinking and living outside the box you were created. You stop playing roles to make others comfortable. You start living for you. And that can feel confusing. Lonely. But it’s your breakthrough is your change and growth to live the authentic life you heart desires that you were born to live and shine through your true purpose and passion!

How are you all going with this? I started the day strong with some breathwork by the lake and a workout in the gym. Had a healthy protein smoothie for breakfast, did some reflecting and journalling and started the work day in such an energised frame of mind.

Hello legends! My name is Joel, I am a Gravedigger from Diggers Rest, Victoria, Australia. I have faced significant challenges during childhood through to manhood, inclusive of type 1 diabetes since 3yrs of age and living with undiagnosed ADHD for 34 yrs which led to struggles with AOD abuse for approximately 15 years. After enduring workplace bullying, I committed to personal growth through support groups, volunteerism and vocational studies in mental health & suicide prevention. My goal in joining this community by 'We Breathe Success' is to gain clarity through mindfulness to overcome social anxiety, increase confidence/self esteem and enhance my communication & presentation skillsets. I aim to share my story to foster change in mental health awareness, particularly among men in trade as there are currently 9 deaths to suicide each day in Australia, majority of this toll are men. I'd like to commit my attention to creating a men's group focusing on promoting healthy masculinity, encouraging diversity across all cultural/minority groups, reducing domestic violence through gender equity and breaking down barriers of stigma for men to communicate with emotional intelligence to help reduce poor mental health & suicide rates in our community. I need your help to overcome my own self doubt and insecurities to achieve this however!! I look forward to delving into this space and am excited for what's to come!

I love what you are setting out to do, it is much needed in our community!! I'm in Bendigo and wish that there was something like this here, I have often thought of starting one but I am not a male and feel that men will be more drawn to attend a men's group that is led by a man... such a big gap in the community of this. Well done for your committment to making this happen. Share how it is all going for you, would love to hear more.
Day 1! Post your workout photo!
Day 1 of the 21-Day Reset Show us your photos & Push Yourself stats! Woke up, went straight into breathwork on my balcony overlooking the pool peace first. By 7:30, I was in the gym. 1km run on level 10 Finished with a walk knocked out the Push Yourself Challenge: (rocky mistake I should have started this before the run) Squats: 36 Sit-ups: 24 Push-ups: 10 Small weights session. Then straight into sauna and ice bath clarity hits different when the cold wakes up your soul. Got super clear on my day, set my intentions, journaled. 10am we kick off Manifest Monday inside the WBS Mentorship. Now the work day begins focused, aligned, and in my power. Tell me: What are your Push Yourself stats? Post your work out photo. And most importantly… How are you feeling today? Let’s go. One percent better every day. PS please take before and after photos even just for you sometimes I’m home can’t actually see the results but when you go back on your face and your arms your body how you hold yourself. it’s awesome to look back on.

Late to the party but I did start this yesterday, forgot to post. I started the day with breathwork by the lake and two laps - ate really well, did some self care and some journalling and a second walk of 2.5klms. Didn't even have dessert even though my partner planned on making a sweet treat with strawberries and melted chocolate... we both decided to pass on dessert and have an early night instead haha
