I created a custom AI voice system that can write in their actual voice, not the generic “write this in my brand voice” version most people are using. The difference was wild. Instead of giving AI a vague direction like: “Make this sound more like me” we built a reusable voice asset from their real writing, transcripts, emails, content, and language patterns. So now the AI understands things like: - how they naturally explain ideas - the words and phrases they use - the words they would never use - their sentence rhythm - their tone boundaries - the way they make a point - the “nope, I’d never say it like that” filter And the coolest part is that it can be turned into a skill, so it is not trapped inside one random chat or one-off project. Their team can call on it across different AI conversations and use it as a consistent writing layer. This feels like one of the biggest missing pieces for teams trying to use AI for content. Most people do not need more prompts. They need better source material, better voice capture, and a reusable system that protects the voice people already trust. I’m curious if anyone else here is building custom voice guides or skills for clients yet? This feels like a huge opportunity, especially for personal brands, expert-led businesses, agencies, and content teams.
