Hey, hey! This Monday we will be doing a bonus training on reading your numbers. I want you guys to be able to track your KPI's (inquiries, tours, bookings, event types, etc) and to be able to understand where the leaks are in your business. If you understand what is NOT working, you have a better chance of repairing it. We're going to take a deep dive during our QnA time this coming Monday.
