Good morning all! I woke up with no voice! I woke up today with my voice completely gone so unfortunately we're going to have to cancel our group call today! I have an event next week in addition to our group call that I'll tack on! Thank you all for understanding! <3

I signed up for a TEAL membership and started using the job tracker. Today, I did an interview preparation and spend about 20 minutes with the AI tool. Results? Pretty good. It recorded by audio and also by transcript. I got an excellent rating but also recommendations for better practices. AI loves metrics and STAR methods. It still doesn't feel natural for me to talk like that so it's an ongoing struggle. Overall, I am very impressed with this tool and I think it adds a lot of value to the monthly fee. I am loving the ability to build personalized resumes constantly without a lot of steps. Happy Searching!
