What went down in LDN town
Location was a hit People were a hit Mika was a hit πΆ Thank you to everyone who attended! And sorry to those who had to miss it this time π₯² There were a lot of conversations going on and i weren't in them all (obvs) but here are my ROUGH notes on what I can recall... When helping @Philly Garrett on how to get people on to Skool... Needs a clear process of inviting people to join. Hook, problem, story, vague solution, CTA - link in bio **Wow not How** Lead magnet to get into community Find partners with adjacent businesses who already have the audience you want. 'Borrow audiences' by engaging in other communities/profiles and offering value - they will naturally want to find out more about you. @Adnan Pilditch switched to ARR - cut churn completely. More committed users - more likely to achieve desired result as they stay longer. @Jake Denham Working out his cohorts (first one a success) and we talked aboutcontinuity... And how/if he can combine his free and premium community. Is it good to have paid and free together? @David Hume Made a good point that Paid members could post about great experiences and create fomo. - Calendar events can be locked to free members. @Leevy A 400 members in 3 weeks ππ½ Traffic from TikTok. Faceless videos!! Upsells in the classroom. We had a great discussion on the money models, naturally! And what they might look like for Skoolers at different stages. Everybody came in with sauce and value π₯ Got some good ideas for future events, taking on board some feedback which I'm grateful for! ππ½ GUYS WHO CAME: Want to add anything else? π Drop it in the comments! GUYS WHO DIDN'T COME: Next time??? π
