day 66 of making $1000/mo in 90 days
Date: 05/03/2026 Day: thursday Focused mostly on learning and client management today. Internet was slow which made the lecture take much longer than expected, but I still managed to complete it and take notes. Handled VNCE project management and quality assurance tasks, engaged in communities, and completed cold outreach. Script writing and session clipping couldn’t be completed due to time constraints and sessions not being uploaded on Loom yet internet slow aa rha tha itna. Time log: 7:13pm–8:44pm: checked in and started watching the updated cover letter review lecture in the paid community while taking notes. Internet was slow so the video kept buffering and progress was slower than expected. 8:45pm–9:35pm: went off desk for a break. 9:35pm–10:05pm: quality assurance for VNCE 10:05pm–11:10pm: continued QA work, sent revisions for Olympic Construction, and sent the TQ Stone video after completing quality assurance. and watching paid cimmunity lecture on updated cover letters 11:10pm–3:15am: went off desk for food, gym and rest. 3:15am–4:00am: completed the cover letter review lecture and finalized notes. Also did additional VNCE project management tasks and quality assurance on the Olympic Construction video and sent it to VNCE. 4:05am–6:13am: off desk for sehri and tahajjud and fajar. 6:00am–7:00am: Did QA revisions for VNCE from Fawad bhai. Also engaged in Skool communities for 30 minutes. 7:00am–8am: updated revisions and wrote the VNCE day-end report. Also started finding leads for Instagram cold outreach through Skool communities. 8am-8:40am: sent 15 Instagram cold outreach DMs. updated and organized all leads in the cold outreach sheet. compiled the day-end report and tracked all work done. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? 9am and woke up at 5pm What data will I look up after a month or year? after 14 days i have sent : send 50/100 cold outreach messages 180/300 mins of skool engagement in communities 1/10 upwork bids (this is on pause for now after being instructed by @Umair Bajwa to do so)

Date: 04/03/2026 Day: wednesday took long breaks in between work as ghar pe kuch important kaam karwanay thay and spent quality time with family but still managed to get all my tasks done except for clipping Time log: 5pm-7pm: zuhr Asar then iftari and then Maghrib Isha 7pm-8:30 pm : sent 12 cold instagram dms and started watching updated cover letter lectures 8:30pm-11pm: spent time with family, organised my work place, did some personal journaling and spent some time with family 11pm- 1am: completed the updated cover letter lecture and started watching how to position your offer in your cover letter both these lectures are in paid community of haroon bhai under outreach section 1am-6:30am: went to excercise, eat some food, arrange my room and laundry clothes, watches some videos for entertainment on youtube then sehri, fajar and spent time learning and refueling faith through islamic content on youtube, spent time with family 6:30am- 9am: i wrote a new script for @Umair Bajwa instagram and also did revisions on my previously written scripts according to feedback given by @Maria Ijaz , had a meeting with Ahsan bhai regarding client management and also managed client work in between by doing qualllity assurances, joined new communties and engaged in communities for 30 mins to build trust and level up so i can pitch there directly 9am-9:40 am: compiling all of the data and tracking into my google doc and writing journal What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? 9am and woke up at 5pm What data will I look up after a month or year? after 14 days i have sent : send 32/100 cold outreach messages 150/300 mins of skool engagement in communities 1/10 upwork bids (this is on pause for now after being instructed by @Umair Bajwa

Date: 01/03/2026 Day: saturday One thing I want to remember about today: finding calm and persevering through pressure and chaos Time log: 3pm-7pm: prayes zuhr asar, went for iftari and doomscrolling 7-10pm: spent time with some friends went out for a short walk to get my head cleared a bit 10-12: took a meeting to sort out some google sheets for outreach 12am-2am: spent time teaching my sister some maths 2am - 4am: went to the gym came home took a shower 4am-6am: had sehri prayed fajar spent some time self reflecting and watching islamic content on youtube to refuel faith in Allah 6am - 7:30 am: did some light work like adding some things onto my onboarding document given by @Umair Bajwa gave asher my team member pricing breakdowns for offers we have to present our clients so he can design it with proper breakdowns What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? slept at 8am woke up at 3pm What data will I look up after a month or year? after 14 days i have sent : send 100 instagram messages 50 skool outreach messages 10 upwork bids watched 10 lectures for self learning on topics like sales outreach self development 10 sessions clipped make $500 in sales Reminders: - No one can waste my time except me. - Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule. - The way you do anything is the way you do everything. - Conduct weekly/monthly reflections. - Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day. - Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary. Date: 24/02/2026 Day: tuesday One thing I want to remember about today: past few days have been more about findig direction, recalibration and realignment for me as i did alot of self reflection and have come up with new and fresh perspectives especially after talking with @Umair Bajwa Time log: woke up at 3 pm 3-5: prayed zuhr asar and iftari preps 5-7: iftari, namaz and relaxation 7-2 am: back to back meeting with the team and @Umair Bajwa and @Haroon Khalil gained alot of insights on outreach and client aquistions What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? 8am - 3 pm What data will I look up after a month or year? i will start doing outreach on insta, skool and upwork metric i will look at after a month (24 march) 50 insta messages a day ( 1500 for a month) skool start with 5 (150 for a month will increase this if needed) upwork 1 bid a day ( 30 bids for a month approved by Haroon bhai) Reminders: - No one can waste my time except me. - Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule. - The way you do anything is the way you do everything. - Conduct weekly/monthly reflections. - Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day. - Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary. Mistakes / Learnings: structure and consistency in high volumes will always outperform despite luck so do so much volume that it becomes inevitable to be successfull Tasks for tomorrow: - Umer bhai se cover letter ke lectures lena - make a proper structure and have 2 meeting in a week for review on outreach according to @Haroon Khalil either with him or @Asim Irfan for review and make a proper structure and implementation on cross platform outreach - scripting session - prepare all necessary docs and systems needed in order to effectively do outreach like making a sheet to track all data from cross platforms
