I’ve been here a while and just realized I never actually introduced myself. So… hi. I’m Michele.
Here we go. #1 — Who I am I’m Michele Lefler. I’m a librarian by training and trade, and I run my own work as Your Personal Librarian. That means I help people sort their lives the way you’d sort a messy library. What stays. What goes. What gets a new label. What gets put back where it belongs. Most of the people I work with are thoughtful, sensitive, smart, tired humans. A lot of them are self-employed. A lot of them are in life shifts. Money, grief, meaning, work, and nervous systems are always in the mix. I’m based in the U.S., in a small town library world that keeps me very grounded in real people with real problems. #2 — Where I want more clarity right now I’m craving cleaner lines between what is mine to hold and what is not. In work. In friendship. In care. I’m very good at being the steady one. I’m getting better at letting myself be held too. That’s the alignment I’m working on. #3 — What keeps me grounded Water. Always water. The ocean when I can get to it. Rivers and lakes when I can’t. Being near moving water settles my whole body in a way nothing else does. It reminds me that things keep flowing even when I feel stuck. That’s where I reset.
I’ve been here a while and just realized I never actually introduced myself. So… hi. I’m Michele.

Welcome! I love water as well... so calm and the continuous flow of a river or waves feels steady. Boundaries and choice is so important! Good luck on your journey!
Hello
Hi My name is Charlotte and I’m based in Copenhagen. I’ve worked in many different industries over the years — everything from a shipping assistant to a secretary at a large record label. For the past few years, I’ve been creating PLR templates for GoodNotes and Noteshelf planners, but at some point I realized how limited those planners actually are. That’s when I shifted to Notion as it started gaining traction — and I’m still there, because I keep discovering new possibilities within the system. Over the past year, I’ve been working on a system built in Notion that works alongside GPT assistants that support and complement each other. It’s intentionally designed to be easy to use and functions as a day-to-day working system — not a course you have to go through. The system is built around each individual Etsy seller’s own shop and helps with trend visibility, customer fit, SEO and tags, listing structure, and competitor analysis. What I’m finding most challenging right now is figuring out how to present the system to the right people — especially since a social-media-heavy approach isn’t really my thing. But work isn’t everything. In my free time, I love walking around beautiful Copenhagen, and when I get home, I’m usually curled up with a good cup of coffee and a crime novel. My favorite travel destinations are Portugal and France, which I try to visit once a year. I’m really happy to be part of this community and hope I can contribute where I can.

Welcome!
I want to share something that has become very clear to me lately.
A lot of what we talk about when it comes to growth – confidence, direction, stepping into the next level – is not actually about strategy or mindset first. It’s about nervous system safety. I’ve become deeply aware of how strong identity loyalty can be. How the body will stay loyal to what once felt safe, familiar, and accepted – even when the mind knows you’ve outgrown it. My old identity knew exactly:who I was supposed to be what was reasonable, what felt safe, what stayed comfortable. Stepping outside of that wasn’t dangerous in reality. But in my body, it felt like it was. What truly shifted things for me wasn’t pushing harder or only “mentally reframing” my way through it. It was learning to work with my nervous system instead of against it. Through EFT, intentional work with thought patterns, and most importantly allowing my body to experience safety while doing things that once felt uncomfortable, something began to change. Not overnight. Not dramatically. But consistently. And now I notice something important: what used to feel outside my comfort zone no longer feels threatening. It’s as if my nervous system has finally caught up with who I am becoming. For me, this is the core of sustainable expansion: allowing identity to evolve at the same pace as the nervous system. When those two are aligned, growth no longer feels like constant courage. It feels like a natural next step. I’m sharing this to normalize the process. Not to say “this is how you should do it,”but to remind you that lack of progress is rarely about willpower. Often, it’s about safety needing to be established first. Because your nervous systems loves safety. Curious if anyone else here recognizes this transition between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming?

Very true... it's like having a stuck drawer... it's never about pushing harder, as whatever is in the way will break. Same like us, when we feel stuck, it is never about being more motivated and pushing through. This increases the pressure, increases the stress and leads to burnout. We need to take a step back and look at what is making us feel this way? And we usually also label it fear when it's our body doing a risk assessment and our nervous system does not feel safe. We have to look at the 'risks' it is seeing and how we can counter those, to make it easier to then move forward
Fast Forward One Year
Pause for a second and picture this… It’s December 31, 2026. You’re looking back over the year that just wrapped. What do you see? Maybe you finally followed through on something you kept putting off. Maybe you created more consistently and felt proud of your work. Maybe you took a leap that scared you a little, but stretched you in the best way. Or maybe you simply showed up differently… with more clarity, confidence, or ease. Here’s the thing though. This year is going to pass no matter what. The real question is what changes because you were intentional about it. So, what’s one meaningful thing you want to say you did in 2026? Big or small. Practical or creative. Personal or business-related. Drop it below and let’s put some energy behind it✨
