Amazing achievement Mike, 13hrs live can be draining watching, never mind being the host and talking/presenting.

Scott, just wanted to clarify one thing. You mentioned in your pre-challange video that the days will be "available" day1 on day 1, day 2 on day 2 etc. I assume that access to past days will remain open in case we choose to go back to look at anything we may have missed or wish to go over again? so on day 3 days 1-3 will be accessible. May sound like a silly question but just wanted to clarify.

@Scott Weller it absolutely is, but learning to deal with it, I think it will become much easier to overcome once you start seeing results as those are likely to give you more incentive and motivation to keep at it.

Self-Care Sunday: Embracing Regular Exercise for a Healthier Life 🏃‍♂️💪
Today, I want to talk about something that has the power to transform our lives in numerous ways: regular exercise. While we all know that staying active is important, it's often challenging to incorporate it into our busy lives. But the benefits are undeniable, and even a little can go a long way. Why Make Exercise a Regular Part of Your Life? Exercise isn't just about losing weight or building muscle. It's a key component of living a healthy, balanced life. Regular physical activity can boost your mood, reduce stress and anxiety, enhance your energy levels, improve your sleep, and reduce the risk of many chronic diseases. It's one of the most powerful tools we have to improve our overall health and quality of life. How to Incorporate Exercise into Your Daily Routine 1. Find Activities You Enjoy: The best kind of exercise is the one you enjoy and can stick with. Whether it's walking, swimming, dancing, cycling, or yoga, choose activities that you look forward to. 2. Set Realistic Goals: Start with small, achievable goals and gradually increase the intensity and duration of your workouts. Remember, every bit counts, and consistency is key. 3. Make It a Habit: Try to set aside specific times for exercise each day. Treat your workout time like any other important appointment. 4. Involve Friends or Family: Having a workout buddy can increase your motivation and make exercising more fun. 5. Keep Track of Your Progress: Monitoring your progress can be a great motivator. Use an app or a diary to track your workouts and celebrate your successes. 6. Listen to Your Body: It's important to find a balance between pushing yourself and knowing when to rest. Always listen to your body and allow time for recovery. A Call to Action I encourage each of you to take a moment to reflect on how you can make regular exercise a part of your life. It doesn't matter where you start—what matters is that you start. Let's support and inspire each other to get moving and make a positive change in our lives.

Getting into my mid forties I feel more determined than every before to improve my fitness level. When I was younger I was always fit as sports was just part of my daily life, whether it was swimming, Soccer, Basketball, Tennis, you name it, I played it. Over the years that became less and less the case. In the last week+ I have started slowly ramping up just the basics of walking, plus a combination of body weight exercises to get a minimum total of 30+ minutes of "exercise" a day according to my Apple Watch at least. I can tell you even though its not much, it has made a tremendous difference in how I feel, and how much less stress I have in my life due to finally finding a way to release it. Definitely plan on ramping this up over the coming weeks and months in order to be in the best shape I have been since high school by the time Summer comes around.
