Planning out an 8-week Accelerator for 2026... And it got me thinking. What an interesting time we live in... AI, market uncertainty, founder pivots, overwhelm, and more opportunity in the business landscape than ever. But that's not my main "focus" for 26. This is the year I'm finding more of "my people". We can either complain about it, or adapt. I've chosen to do LEARN. Spent most of 2025 learning more than I felt comfortable, and now implementing more than ever. And it FUELS me, doesn't drain me. These 4 AI business models are huge right now. And the old models are struggling. (check image below) "Done for you" and his 2 sibblings are silently wondering what's happening in the market... Your offers in 2026 won't just be about the levels of access to you. Done for you (DFY), done with you (DWY), and do it yourself (DIY). You have to look beyond that old mindset. AI created a whole new market. DWAI. "Done With AI" This is 1 model, not 3 different ones. AI can and will continue to master more and more of the manual labor economy. So now the "levels" become more about: - How many AI solutions that can do this FOR them - How VALUABLE are those solutions for them - And how much support do they get from you (your time) Make sense? You're no longer selling "hard work" or effort. You're going back to what business should've always been about: Getting paid for solving problems. Doesn't matter if it's you or AI. The question is who's better. And there's no human on this planet that can process millions of data points in seconds, and keep up with the quality of AI. And who's faster? If you can create an AI solution that gets them results in seconds, why would they pay more to wait 1-2 weeks? If AI is good (and it is), everyone's going to want DWAI. Done asap, with AI. The "gap" and where you're coming in is connecting the dots between the power of AI and implementation of niche-specific solutions. Let's dive into the 4 models: - Vibe Coding: Create a MVP saas that helps a specific person get a specific outcome. The more stickier the better, as people pay recurring revenue for recurring value. AI builds 99% of your Saas, and you can hire a dev to "complete" the back-end for you to get over the finish line (or ask AI how to do it). - Vibe Services: What used to take you months or years to learn, you can now learn in a weekend, and what you spent weeks creating, can now be created for you with AI Agents. (think AI voice, AI funnels, AI workflows etc). Businesses spend lots of money getting help with AI.

I created a calendar app for 2026, to plan my entire year. 193 words were used in 1 prompt to create this. ONE prompt. It took me 5 minutes to prompt. 2 minutes to create. That's wild. (check the image before you read this) The future is here. And it's beautiful. (and oh so fun) 🚀 The key to making this work isn't what "tool" you use to vibe code. It's in prompt-ing. In terms of what Three65 does... It's a prompt-based calendar, that plans my entire year. The AI inside creates a plan based on my business model, customer avatar, north star, and tasks to get there. It removes the 80% that doesn't really "do" anything. Then creates the year, months, weeks and days. I don't ever have to touch the calendar. My AI planner takes my chats or voice messages, and creates around ME (not the other way around). It's not helping me "hustle more". It's like a 2nd brain that aligns my focus, so I don't "ADHD" too much and burn out in the next year (or ever). Now, I don't see anyone else talking about vibe-creating this way. You don't need to sell apps to make money. Or build AI automations for clients. You can just use AI to build better solutions for yourself. So you can do less things, better. And more focused on the 20% that matters. I've created a tool like this for outlining content as well, not for sale but for me to save me time.
