How is everyone pivoting right now in the real estate market ? Any exited deals you have processing or you are working on ?

Love this! I'll answer for my market here in MD. Our market is absolutely insane and it's becoming harder to source on market deals so I have been ramping up our off market efforts. Off markets are GOLD in all markets, but especially in hot markets where on MLS deals are few & far between. What's happening in your market @Raquel Pettigrew ??

It is so much faster and easier to use than the MLS. It can filter potential on market flips with a click of a button. It can quickly show you rough comps for rehabbed properties so you know if a deal is something worth your time exploring further. It saves me HUNDREDS of hours every month, I'm so serious. It also can quickly get you a client list of active investors in your area. Seriously, I can not hype up this software enough.

Hmm. Meaning they don’t tap into it? Or you can’t sign up as an agent? Their customer support is insanely helpful so I would honestly recommend reaching out to them!
