A huge hello to @Olivia Barczynski Mary needed some charcoals for burning and frankincense so I stopped into the crystal shop in town that I hadn't been to before. It is the prettiest shop I've ever been in. My intuition says that she is going to be a good friend of ours 💜

Mastering pleasure in life means slowing down, and noticing the miracles that are within reach every moment of our lives… Even with struggle and pain and suffering that also is present every moment in our lives. It's the dynamic that is the juice that gives us that creative push.

@Dana Renee The main point is that we have been given this amazing life and this bodymind complex that is completely interconnected, interwoven into the very fabric of the earth and life and we have unlimited capacity to create. The same brain that interprets all of this information into palatable bites also truncates our experience and puts the reigns our the vast potential. So our mission if we choose it is to uncover our eyes and go out and increase the range of experience to fully access and acknowledge this miracle...
