WWI -WWII intermission (Business as Usual)?
Did the USA happily do business with Germany after WWI ended (November 11.1918) until the Start of WWIi (September 1, 1939)? Hyperinflation in Germany, which the U.S. bailed Germany out of in 1924, designed Hindenburg’s government. Proof: all countries participated in the 1936 Berlin Summer Olympics. Also, the Hindenburg disaster in Lakehurst, NJ was a 3-day airship trip, which American Airlines would participate in the blimp Airships from Frankfort, Germany to the United States. I would argue “Yes”. The U.S.A. , France, and Great Britain all wanted “War Reparations” for WWI expenses, with France on Germany’s ground to collect in the 1920’s., infuriating regular Germans We are put total blame for WWI on Germany in the Treaty of Versailles. President Wildon proposed a League of Nations that the USA NEVER joined! Hitler wasn’t “evil” enough for the USA to not have business as usual? Just saying. What do you think?

Loaded question that I’m not familiar with the Treaty of Versailles or League of Nations. I would just say research “Operation Paperclip”.
America’s Dangerous Jobs (Not Just Military)?
I have missed days of work out of injury sustained at a group home , which has also kept me from posting, however…, What people have the guts, I will say it, to put themselves in danger for us, it’s not just our military and police! What truly dangerous jobs do Americans do? I want to give a shout out to all the Veterans who have gone into dangerous areas for our country! We salute you!

Freedom of speech, standing up for what’s right, teachers, social workers. Today it seems like everyone is at risk if they stand up for what’s right. Ps- I hope your birthday was nice.
Russian-Ukraine War (USA Involvement)?
Solution: A Berlin Wall style seperation of Esst Ukraine. Yes. That could end the war but Ukraine is happy to continue their heroic, but not winning war, even with European and USA support. Do You believe Ukraine’s war is the USA’s war to “contain” the Russian Federation and Vladimir Putin? Do you believe we should be messing with another power with 1,000s of nuclear weapons capable of hitting the United Ststes As @Maureen Greer says, we do interfere in global conflicts. And we can’t defeat Russia in their War with Ukraine militarily! Ukraine is not and NEVER will be a member of NATO. It is in Russia’s sphere of influence! Russia, will never let the Russian Speaking Crimea Duntersk and Donbas regions go. The US, which runs NATO m, will never enforce a NI FLY Zone Full disclosure, my ancestors come from Kiev, Ukraine and Poland. That said. Russia invaded Ukraine in Feb., 2022 and in ongoing presently.but they have National interests, including there Black Sea Fleet in Crimea!

Covid-19 Lockdowns (A 28th Amendment “Right to Work” Necessary)?
Did You have to get a Covid-19 vaccine just to keep your job in 2020 (March - ) or lose it, like I did altogether anyway? I did lose my job for 8 months as a teacher’s assistant, mostly because I worked for a private contractor, not Trenton’s school district. Were you able to keep your job and was depriving US citizens the “right to work”, which is what it was, Unconstitutional? The Constitution, unfortunately, does not address the “right to work” issue. I believe we need a 28th Amendment to guard our employment against illegal government shutdowns!

Fortunately, we own our own business so the shot was never mandatory. Only 2 employees took it out if 43. We told our customers shots weren’t mandatory and we couldn’t guarantee a vaccinated employee would repair their equipment. We were an essential business (sell and service grocery store equipment). Some customers told us they did not need our services. They would call three days later and say it didn’t matter they needed us. Since I am a naturopath, I knew what was happening and it made me very sad. However, there is so much disinformation about what was going on our government put us into fear.

The Truth (Does it Set You Free)?
We tell our children to tell the TRUTH, the 10 Commandments says “Shall not lie”. The 1st Amendment to the Constitution protects FREEDOM OF SPEECH. Especially, unpopular speech, not just against THE GOVERNMENT! What value do you put on “The Truth”? Should it be a defense, against other people’s reputations? Telling the Truth is not only moral, it’s a defense in Court. You can not be held liable (made to pay money), for slander (speaking) or writing if what you say is true. “Tell the Truth, or at least don’t lie” ! Billy Joel even had a song called “Honesty”

I put a very high value on telling the truth. However, I’ve discovered that I am in the minority. People used to have morals and standards, but when they see people they’ve respected continuously lie that they feel as if permission has been granted to them.
