Email Sequence Skill
Good morning! Hope you all had a great weekend! I wanted to share that I have been setting up email sequences as a skill! This will be great for recurring emails to send to current/past clients and to help manage follow up with potential buyer's & sellers.

@Kate Arnold That is amazing! When you say email sequence skill, what does that look like? Are you sending responses to emails that are coming into your inbox or are you sending automated email campaigns to your past clients?

Executive Assistant help
When I try to run my setup assistant, nothing happens. Also, my cowork looks slightly different. It doesn't say let's go or have the folder that you're working on listed. I'm not sure what's wrong.

@Raquel Parrella It looks like the folder you’re using is stated in your “setup real estate AI Assistant” conversation. If you’re not sure where the folder is you can always ask Claude to provide you the link to the folder it’s using. Did you copy and paste, upload or drag and drop the prompt into the chat box? If that’s what your conversation is will you send a screenshot of what you put in the conversation?

My first experience with Claude Cowork!
I have been busy this past weekend setting up my Executive Assistant in Claude Cowork form the video lesson @Kanani Ching created. So far my assistant runs my daily briefing which is so helpful! Believe it or not, I never had a Notion account before, and I’ve created a transaction management/crm style database for my deals and listings. This is a game changer. We are also working on creating an updated listing presentation! I was able to upload my brand colours and fonts! Really cool. Honestly looking forward to becoming better aquatinted with my assistant. I’ve been glued to my laptop all weekend. Next, I would love to work on a project where I can have recurring emails, like onboarding emails, accepted offer + next steps, listing updates, etc. I am so grateful for this community!

@Kate Arnold Another game changer for me is using Wispr Flow. It's a talk to text tool so you're about to converse with Claude or any platform better. I have it on my phone as well and use it for everything! Their free plan gives you 2,000 words per week on computer and 1,000 words per week on your phone. I paid for the $12/month because I talk way too much. 🤣

Outlook & Calendar as a connector in Claude
Good afternoon! I am continuing to work on setting up my executive assistant in Cowork - has anyone had experience adding outlook through a 3rd party? I realize it can't be added directly at this time. Thank you in advance!

@Kate Arnold I would make a list of the platforms that you use and select one that is able to connect to the most amount of platforms. I think Zapier and Make are easier to learn but let me know which one you decide on. 🎉

@Angela Williams I was hesitant at first as well so I created a separate Gmail account that I sent some emails to and signed up for some subscriptions to and tested it on that. I built my confidence in the system through an area that felt more safe for me. Just an idea if you'd like to try that way first. 😊
