Benefits of your diet?
After my diet with Nettle, I started to exercise on a daily basis and got my period length from 24/25 days up to 28 days. Let me know what your celebrations are? I am curious to hear. The benefits can seem tiny but that doesn't make them less relevant. :)

That is amazing, Susan. I feel calmer in general. I am still drinking my tea about 2 times per week. :)
Intention Plant Diet
My intention for this upcoming diet is to be present for us as a group and for you all individually. At the same time my intention is to connect with my Spirit baby and release any layers of fear or resistance in regards to childbirth. I am excited to join this plant diet with you all.

My intention for the mono diet is to challenge myself to be open and expose myself to new ideas and practices. This is very new for me, and Iโ€™m excited for the experience. I also hope this will heal my body a bit after the holidays and get back to basics. I also hope this will help my connect with my spirit baby(s).
What were / are your vows?
Hi ladies, me and Skai got married this last weekend. One of my vows were, to always seek the truth, behind any rejection, any trigger, any feeling of agitation, any friction. And looking within to see where the trigger is coming from. I am curious to hear what your vows are (married or not married), what is one promise you are making to your partner? Congrats to you both! Sam suggested we write our own vows, and I was apprehensive at first, but ended up loving the personal touch. One of the things is that we promised to listen for understanding.

I have been doing this with my app for a while now. Since I am a teacher and have to be careful about how much water I drink during the day (no bathroom breaks when we want ๐Ÿ˜‚) I tend to hydrate a lot after school. Thus, I usually have to go to the bathroom about 3-4 AM. I used to wake up and worry about going to the restroom and then it throwing off my data, but now I just do it whenever I wake up. I go to bed around 10 each night and read that that gives it enough time to measure my BBT.

Dear women, I am so honored and excited to be part of your most special and delicate journey of life - the journey of motherhood. A little more about me: I am originally from Holland but live in California with my dear French partner. It took me a long time to find the right partner, so I invested lots of my time in studying and researching fertility from all types of holistic and scientific angles. ๐Ÿ˜… At the same time doing lots of spiritual work to make sure, when the time was right, I would be the best mother and version of myself (with the least emotional luggage / generational trauma). For the last 7 years (4,5 years focused on fertility) I have supported clients mainly 1:1 where we can go deep (energetic and Ayurvedic healing). However, I believe that the power of community is very supportive and healing in this rite of passage.. My give to this community is: love, confidence, healing, presence and deep faith.
