Every time. Here's why this matters practically Algorithms, referrals, and word of mouth all run on activity. When people see conversations happening, they want in. When they see nothing, they assume it's dead and leave. The number you should be watching isn't your member count. It's how many people posted, commented, or responded this week. If that number is zero, adding more members doesn't fix it. It just gives more people an empty room to walk into and leave. Engagement is a culture problem, not a size problem. I am a bit overwhelmed at the moment. There are so many resources and I'm trying to absorb so much. I feel like there is not enough time in day. I have started a Skool community of my own.
