Hi ! Let me quickly explain what I do What I do: I teach Québec French to people in MTL mostly that want to understand the french spoken there so they can integrate the community better. How I get known: My skool got 280+ member as of now, thanks to a 4h30 course and a 3h course I posted on youtube that send them to skool to get the flashcards associated with it What is my offer: A one on one consultation to make a plan with the student to achieve their goal. They will have a clear daily homework to do, that they send me everyday through DM. Every sunday I will send them a DM to see how its going, if its too much, too little, ect.. if we need to readjust the plan basically. Bonus: Every day of the week I am there in the video call from 7pm to 8pm and I practice with them, respond to questions, do roleplay, etc.. What is my problem: Maybe the bonus is a problem since some people just can't make it at that time (even tho its a pretty available time for most, some just have kids n stuff to do) So they might feel like they will waste their money and not be able to access that. (This is why Imma put that as a bonus) Also, I would love to win the skool games, that's a goal of mine. I wanna make sure that I can actually deliver and make those people happy even if I have 100 paying member. Maybe the group call will break, or maybe I'll just do 2 hours of group call at that point, I DUNNO. I also have difficulty presenting it and selling it, at first I was sending DM and engaging with everyone but then I lost control and there's like 5 person joining everyday, I can't keep up, or I'm just doing it wrong. ANYWAY! I would love some thoughts on this ! I would love to go full time ( I have 250$ MRR rn, but I know I could do much more) Please help ! :D

I found a way to boost engagement by a lot I redid my classroom, now every lessons is multiple post pinned inside of it. For example: Day 1 Inside is: Post 1. Les salutations, post 2. The numbers, post 3. Verb To be, ... ect.. I tell them to like the post and drop a comment (usually a small practice of what they just seen) This way one day of lesson, one person will like 5 individual post and post 5 comments. But there is some drawback, redoing my whole course (around 60 lessons) means I'm spamming the community and therefore my group email. I wish I could NOT send notification. They can change that in the setting, but I don't want that ! Because when I'm done I'll be back with the normal pace of posts. But I went from ranking 2000? to 365. WHATCHA THINK?

I love the idea of themes!! I think it's so cool how this community intentionally goes "outside of the box" to make things more fun, colorful, playful, and exciting to ultimately IMPROVE your business! The Pokemon one that's here is genius! I'm curious to know the creativity behind everyone's theme they chose! P.s I'm still building mine out. I'm really liking the idea of like a video/arcade game theme like mortal kombat or marvel vs capcom or street fighter theme for my community (It's martial arts/combat sports related) I know the themes are supposed to be unrelated to our business, and mine still kinda revolves around fighting but i think that concept it cool! Excited to here what themes you have or maybe you can also get more insight from this post if you're still trying to pick one!
