From Struggle to Pleasure (Slow Down & Enjoy the Moment)
After listening to @James Humecky's reflection following his morning meditation it brought me back to a couple posts I made a while back. Thanks for the reminder! Much like the saying goes, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder," so is pleasure & it starts with you.... It is often found in the appreciation of most simple moments & joys, memories made and shared. ✨Open Your Eyes to All the Beauty Around You✨ Life is happening now....💖 Here's the link to my posts: When I stop struggling, I float Open your eyes, slow down, and NOTICE all the beauty around you today! Peace and Love, Dana ✨🤍🌹🖤 ✨

Stop Sabotaging Your Own Self Care
Scripture: “Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts.” Psalm 139:23 Tip: Pay attention to where your mental and emotional energy is going. Sometimes we create stress for ourselves by worrying about things we cannot know or control. Reminder: Self care sometimes means recognizing when our own thoughts are draining us and choosing not to keep feeding them. Recently, I came to a realization that was difficult for me to admit. I was sabotaging my own self care, and I did not even realize I was doing it. Every day I write these Mighty Caregivers Circle stories and share my thoughts and tips about caring for others while also caring for ourselves. Yet I discovered that while I was encouraging other caregivers to protect their well being, I was not doing a very good job of protecting my own. I had thoughts running through my head about how other people felt about me. I was wondering what people thought, replaying situations, questioning interactions, and creating conversations in my mind. My thoughts were racing, and all of that thinking was creating adversity within me. The strange thing is that I thought I was spending my energy in the right place. I thought I was trying to understand what was happening. Instead, I was using a tremendous amount of mental and emotional energy worrying about things I did not actually know. I think this can happen to caregivers more easily than we realize. We spend so much time paying attention to other people. We notice their expressions, words, needs, moods, and reactions. That awareness can be an important part of caring, but sometimes we can take it too far. We start trying to figure out what everyone is thinking. We replay conversations long after they have ended. We imagine what someone might be thinking about us and then react emotionally to something that may never have been true in the first place. That is what I was doing. I was creating my own drama. It was not necessarily drama happening around me. It was happening inside me because I kept feeding it with my thoughts. I was spending energy on assumptions about what other people might be thinking instead of recognizing what those thoughts were doing to me.

Happiness
Happiness is a choice, not a destination you stumble upon when circumstances finally align. Every morning offers a quiet crossroads: you can hand your inner state over to your inbox, your boss, your bank account, or you can claim it as yours to shape. This is not about pretending everything is fine or bypassing what hurts. It is about recognizing that between what happens to you and how you respond, there is a sacred pause, and in that pause lives your power. When you choose gratitude over grievance, presence over panic, and trust over fear, you are not being naive. You are remembering that you were never meant to be a passenger in your own life. Joy is not something you find; it is something you decide to practice, moment by moment, until it becomes who you are. -The Corporate Alchemist

Vega…the Harp of creation
Welcome, dear listener, to another journey with The Troubadour of My Soul. Today we travel to Vega — the brilliant blue-white Harp Star, a frequency associated with creativity, beauty, free will, joy, and the mysterious ability to bring the invisible into form. But before we travel to the stars, let us first come home. https://youtu.be/Jfe8vY8dY0w?is=Z1NqdzR_4QfXjlbL Close your eyes and breathe slowly. Feel Gaia supporting you. Imagine roots growing from your feet, deep into the Earth, reaching her warm, red-golden heart. Feel her ancient life force rising through your roots and into your heart. I am here. I am supported. I am connected to Earth. Above you appears an ancient tree. Its roots reach into Gaia, while its crown touches the stars. And perhaps you realize: those who wish to reach the stars do not need to leave Earth. We travel from our roots. A golden thread connects you to Gaia as you look upward. The night opens, thousands of stars appear, and one begins to shine brighter than the rest. Blue. White. Radiant. Vega. The Harp Star. As you approach, you hear a tone… and then another, as though an invisible cosmic harp is being played somewhere beyond the stars. Welcome to Vega. Star families do not have to be labels or something we need to prove. Perhaps they are frequencies we resonate with. Sometimes you hear a name, see a star, or encounter an idea, and something deep within whispers: Yes. Not because you can explain it, but because something resonates — a memory, a longing, a quality of yourself awakening. Vega carries the frequency of the Creator. The consciousness that looks into the unknown and asks: What if? In Akashic and esoteric stories, the Vegans are described as an ancient civilization connected to Vega and Lyra, existing even before Atlantis and Lemuria. But their origin is not what matters most. Their message is simple: Create. Vega represents the moment inspiration becomes form. A thought becomes a word.
