In a discussion this morning about the variety of changes that occur in humanity's evolution from the everyday to throughout time, this poem came to mind. I wrote it and added music to it last year. I'd love to share it with you💞 Thanks❣️ Hope your day is full of positive changes😉 Now - Is Very Big The time is now. It's always been. Time to free ourselves from sin. The sin is getting really thin. It's clear to see the Truth within. Ignorance has paid its' price. No more a roll of the dice. Preparations do entice, Then leave us to our own device. Discipline remains a key To unlock every mystery. The time is now. There's no hurry. I hear it takes eternity. Changes come and changes go. Changes can be ever slow. Sometimes changes grow and grow. Or ebb and flow - move to and fro. Life is evolutioning. Change is all that life can bring. Movement gives life everything. Choose vibrations' soothing ring. If All is One, there is a route. Now there's a thing to toss about. A route from here to there, no doubt. Treacherous, I've hoped to shout. Then all's resolved as all is done. Everything under the sun. All amongst the stars are one, Containing every starting gun, And what it takes to make us run. Truth shines bright in dark of night. Truth's a brilliant guiding light. Release what is no longer right. N/A is a common plight. To move ahead, release the weight. Past experience is a gate. The awareness of what is, Fluctuates and wants to fizz. Pause to regain sense of self. Disassemble that worn shelf. Answers are not what we seek. But listen! If we are to peek, Destiny speaks loud and clear. Let's be present. Let's be here. Coincidences do abound. They keep us going 'round and 'round. But once we hear our call, we know This is not another show. Truth and understanding flow. Harmony is status quo. We're in tune with who we are. We know we are as a star. From intentions' fartherest reaches, We are wind or we are peaches. We are All of what is done. We become, as we are One.

None of us arrive at God by the same road. Your path was shaped by every wound, every joy, every question you were forced to sit with — and so is mine, and so is everyone's. That's not a flaw in the design; it's the design. Whatever framework speaks to your soul — scripture, silence, science, or the desert at dawn — is doing its job if it moves you closer to peace, love, gratitude, and unity. Gratitude is not a checklist item you complete before moving on with your day. It is a frequency you tune into, one that shifts how you perceive everything already here. When you stop reaching for what's next and start noticing what already surrounds you, something in the nervous system softens. The breath in your lungs, the ground holding your weight, the people who show up even when you forget to thank them. This is not positive thinking. It is presence wearing a different name. In the corporate world we are trained to chase the next milestone, the next win, the next proof of worth. Gratitude interrupts that chase. It says you are already enough, right here, in this unfinished moment. Try this: before your next meeting, name one thing you have not yet acknowledged today.
