Making a new connection (Thanks to Skool) Met a guy to who lives 15 minutes from my house. Background story to this is I connected with @Laila Belabbas and had a chat, she then connected me to Keith. He has an online live show who talks about technology and doing your own podcast. We met for a coffee and chatted for 2 hours! And plan to use more catch ups. He is a wealth of knowledge, and my networks keeps growing. How good is that!

I was training at the gym tonight with a good friend and he was showing me videos of his deadlifts and asking about some pointers on his sticking points. Somewhere along the conversation, I recommended him to my Coach who is a WIZARD with form and technique… But then we also discussed how my friend and I both are naturally more brute force lifters. We don’t need Control. We don’t need Perfection. We simply need Passion to Fuel our lifts. But one side only takes us so far… It’s why I hired my coach, he is an expert in an area foreign to me. Something pretty special has been happening with my Hot Chocolate Chats lately ☕🍫 What started as a simple conversation has turned into something truly transformative. I’ve had the chance to connect with phenomenal inspiring people from all around the world entrepreneurs, leaders, coaches, podcast hosts sharing powerful guest stories, advocates for people living with disabilities, and incredible women building businesses while supporting other women in business. Different backgrounds. Different missions. But one thing in common: they genuinely care about making a difference. In a world that can sometimes feel chaotic, these conversations remind me that there are so many good people doing meaningful work. People creating impact, supporting others, and lifting communities.
