Okay... this might sound random but hear me out... Day before yesterday I'm talking to this kid about his business struggles... and suddenly I'm thinking about Uber drivers... stay with me... What if... instead of every driver figuring out the best routes alone... the peak hours... the tip strategies... what if 5-6 drivers in each city met weekly to share what's actually working? Driver A discovers airport runs at 4 AM pay double... Driver B figured out the magic words that get tips... Driver C knows which events are goldmines... Instead of everyone starting from scratch... they're building on each other's wins... And then it hit me... why am I not doing this for MY business? I'm out here trying to figure out marketing... pricing... client retention... all by myself... when there are probably 4-5 other entrepreneurs in similar situations who could help me see what I'm missing...
