Taking on a new 6 month challenge.
One of the most uncomfortable and difficult things for me has been to comment on people's posts on LinkedIn. I generally don't do this and it is not natural to me. A month ago in a weekly group coaching call Izzy challenged me to start commenting on people's posts. I thought about this for some time and I have decided to challenge myself and push myself outside of my comfort zone. From 1-June to 30-November of this year, I will comment on a minimum of 5 posts every day, predominantly on posts of individuals in Renewable Energy, Energy Transition and Data Center space. I'm not sure what this challenge will lead to, but I am ready to learn and grow in the process. Any feedback or thoughts on this challenge would be greatly appreciated.

This is such a good challenge to initiate for yourself! You’ll also find yourself looking for new people to connect with to expand the content in your feed. It’s such a great exercise and no one can say what will come of it but it will pleasantly surprise you.
Big May Wins!
May was full of quiet grit and loud wins. Let’s celebrate the members who kept showing up—for themselves and for each other 💫 @Brittani Ball Landed a role that beautifully ties together her love for music and her degree. But it wasn’t just about the role. She negotiated her way to the top of the salary band—and then some. That confidence? Built by showing up again and again, even when it felt uncertain. @Cheryl Dias Secured a role at Manulife. This wasn’t luck—it was work. She went to every event, reached out, followed up, supported others. She built her opportunity by being visible and being valuable to the people around her. @Mifraz Ghouse Finally broke through after a long job search. The financial pressure was mounting. But he didn’t disappear. He kept engaging. Kept applying. Kept believing. And that consistency paid off—with a role that marks a real turning point. [ANONYMOUS] And then there’s one member (they’ve asked to stay anonymous)... They’re in the final stages of an interview process that could increase their salary by at least $30K. It could even go past $100K. They’ve been showing up day after day—laying the groundwork for this exact moment. Let’s send them some love ❤️ None of these wins happened overnight. But all of them happened because someone refused to give up. If you're still in the middle of it—keep going. Your win might be closer than you think. P.S. Which of these stories hit home for you? Let them know 👇

Accepted an Offer!
Hey everyone! After about 2 months of interviewing I finally accepted a new role! It’s crazy how this process has shown me what my true values are and the potential for my career. I was so on the fence about this job because it felt like a lateral move but the company and role have shown me that my growth opportunities are so much greater than my current job. Thanks for all the support and question answering, particularly @Tamara Gordon @Mifraz Ghouse and @Arjun Chowdhury when I was weighing the pros and cons.

The Relief - Finally
Hey everyone! I know I haven’t been as active here as I would have liked, but I’m really happy to finally share some good news. After a long journey, I’ve landed the role I’ve been working so hard toward and honestly, it feels like such a relief. Along the way, I’ve had the chance to get to know so many amazing people in this community. Your support, encouragement, and kindness have truly meant a lot, and I’m incredibly grateful for it. A huge thank you to Izzy. Your constant motivation, encouragement, and belief in me kept me going even on the tough days. You always checked in, pushed me to stay focused, and reminded me of what I’m capable of. I genuinely appreciate everything you’ve done and feel really lucky to have had your support. Thank you all so much
