This past few days my intuition has been so strong, from from numbers, to looking at something and feeling the pull so taking it with me for no other reason than it called to me and ending up needing it, to buying flowers for my friend as a thank you yesterday, I chose two bunches of beautiful flowers, then half way round the shop I went back and bought a bunch of sunflowers, when I gave them to her she burst into tears because they were mam's (no longer with us) favourite, I had no idea. I will be documenting my own journey as we move forward together as I apply what we are learning in real time. It also serves as a cyclical content machine that derives content from the work I'm doing and it essentially feeds itself and in turn becomes very relevant and applicable for you! I also get to be transparent that we are very much on the same journey as each other and if I aim to do anything it is to live by example. I want to be honest about everything.. including what I'm working through as we speak... The Identity Alchemy Challenge that we did last term BROKE me. In a good way, but it broke me. I built this business for four years by putting work ahead of everything else. Every message answered, every client held, always available, always present. And that gave me traction. It grew the audience, it gave me clarity I needed at the time. So I'm not saying it was wasted. But it was never sustainable, and I wasn't letting myself look at that. Once I actually did the challenge alongside you instead of just running it, it cracked something open in me that I hadn't been willing to confront. The wounds underneath why I couldn't charge what I was worth. The pattern of letting people take and take and take because some part of me needed to be needed like that. Since then I've been integrating that work, and it has not been smooth. It's taken a lot of my energy just to sit with it. I've gone quiet on you at times. The messages piled up, I couldn't get to all of them, and people who'd gotten way more out of me than they ever paid for just disappeared instead of understanding what was going on. That stung, not going to pretend it didn't. But I also don't want a business built on people staying only because I'm depleting myself for them. It's also important to know, I live with bipolar disorder. I am disabled despite being high functioning. For years I just pushed through that and ran the business anyway, like my own limits were an inconvenience I had to override. I can't keep doing it that way. It is self-sabotage.

Hello everyone, Before we get into this week’s focus, I want to say something from the heart... I know I’ve been quieter than usual recently, and I’m sincerely sorry for that. I also want you to know how deeply grateful I am for your patience, your presence, and the way you continue to show up here. The Spring Term was beautiful, but it was also INCREDIBLY intensive. We moved through so much together and I produced SO much content, especially with the Identity Alchemy Challenge, and by the time we shifted into summer mode, I realized I genuinely needed some time to rest, recuperate, and come back to center. So I did. I slowed down. I gave myself room to breathe. I spent some time adjusting to the rhythm of summer and recovering from just how much energy, effort, and heart went into everything we built during Spring Term. And honestly, I think I needed that more than I realized... But I am here. I am excited. I am creating again. And I am so ready for what we’re building this summer. Over the coming days I will be going through comments and updating the points! Orientation Week last week gave us a chance to settle in, reconnect with the Academy, explore the campus, and ease into the new term. And now, Week 2 begins. This week, we’re RE-exploring the Intuitive Alchemy Method from a different angle to kick off summer classes! The Method is the foundation underneath so much of what I teach. It is about learning how to use your intuition as a living system for awareness, discernment, aligned action, manifestation, transformation, and embodiment. It is not just about receiving intuitive insights, it is about what you do with them. How do you read what your reality is showing you? How do you recognize the difference distortion, resistance, intuition, and genuine guidance? How do you take spiritual awareness and turn it into aligned action? How do you stop collecting insights and actually embody what you know? How do you work with the feedback your life is constantly giving you and use it to adjust, recalibrate, and move forward?

I am a little confused about when the sorting ceremony takes place for the 7 day boot amps. Do I go ahead and begin the day 1 lesson or did I miss something I should have done to get sorted 1st?
