Update from my call with @David Iya today! I wanted to wait to share in my earlier post until I implemented it. I've heard from multiple coaches in the past year to have a separate paid community. I resisted at every single turn...I would NOT budge. I wanted it to be free. I wanted to wait for tiers... Today, on my call with @David Iya I realized all my offers were literally HIDING inside my classroom and with freemium, you have to literally hand walk them to the plans page. 😬 Something about the way @David Iya shared it with me today though...it hit different... It landed differently than when many before had suggested it to me...and maybe it was also just the right timing for me. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Probably a bit of both tbh! But I did it. I launched my HT community - thank you @David Iya ! My old coach would be proud too. I should message him now. :)

Today, Fireflies.ai is used by 75% of Fortune 500 companies. 20 million users. 500,000+ organizations, and they've been profitable since 2023. For over two years now. Here's the part most people don't know: in the early days, Sam and his co-founder took notes by hand. Manually join customer calls, to write everything down and study calls.
