Time Management & Building Community
For those of us with full-time jobs, what are some tips on building community? I have only been on Skool for a few days, and my chat has been blowing up throughout the day. Trying to be responsive, but would love your thoughts. Thanks!

I do this first thing in the morning, catch up on all notifications, then I also do randomly check throughout the day. Skool has kind of replaced social media for me so I enjoy popping in throughout the day.
πŸ”₯ The Fire Challenge: How far away is everyone?!
Quick check-in. I'm 1 day away from my fire. How's everybody holding up? Last week we discussed our mission for us to GET A FULL HOUSE OF FIRE! πŸ”₯ Since this community started, we now 60+ fire members in this group, how wild is that? If you're close β€” keep pushing. If you're not sure how to get there: All it takes 30 days of 10 actions a day. Likes count. Comments count. Posts count. 2 minutes if you're in a rush. NOW HERE'S THE REMINDER: Anyone who is on the leaderboard AND has a fire emoji Jan. 30th is getting a special reward. And trust me... you don't want to miss this one. It's actually bigger than the $300 giveaway. πŸ‘€ Note: This is the last and final award until further notice. I'm not saying more than that. Just know this is worth protecting that streak. πŸ† ---- P.S. If you already have your fire, drop a few flames, flex on us one final time! πŸ₯΅ If you're chasing it, drop your current streak count. Let's see who's closest. AND SHOUTOUT TO OUR MANY FIRE HOLDERS for setting the tone of this growing family! 🀍 @Lisa Viviers @Jason Guest @Shannon Boyer @Lydia Wilmsen @Sybil Hall @Nathaniel Parant @Tim Stewart @Rebecca Bautista @Matthew Burns @Alyssa Kathryn @Jaclyn Hope @Tiffany Noel Taylor @Adedayo Adeyemi @Angela Chen Shui @Christian Rivadeneira @Γ‰va Raposa @Braden S. My Skool is called Vibe Coders. It’s for non-coders who want to learn how to build their own apps with AI without getting overwhelmed. People should join because it hits the sweet spot of teaching you just enough engineering to build stuff that doesn’t break without getting bogged down in trying to turn you into a professional dev.

@Renee W. Awesome! How did it go? Were you able to get it working and deployed?
Tuesday Truth Bombs πŸ’£
I've learned something over the years in my personal life and in business: The people who grow the fastest are the ones who seek out honest feedback; even when it's uncomfortable. Even if it hurts a bit. I used to avoid hard conversations. I'd sugarcoat things to keep the peace. And you know what happened? Nothing changed. I stayed stuck. The people around me stayed stuck. The moment I started asking for radical honesty: from my wife, my partners, my mentors, my friends; everything changed. It made me a better husband. A better friend. A better builder. A better man. The people who love you will tell you what you NEED to hear, not what you WANT to hear. And the people who win? They seek that out. Honest feedback is a gift. Even when it stings. πŸ“ˆ As we prepare for the New Year and commit to growing together, let's start practicing this now. Your turn. Make it hurt. (or keep it friendly too) But no sugarcoating. πŸ™‚ TIME TO GROW! Drop a business truth that most people don't want to hear! πŸ‘‡

Most people quit too early. There’s a sweet spot between being stubborn and being flaky. Consistency with the ability to pivot in real time not based on your mood but based on what you are actually observing working and not working, then iterating and pushing on consistently.
Months of work. Dropping soon. Here's the full curriculum πŸ“š
The first few modules I launched were intentionally community-focused. Getting you oriented. Giving you free resources to start winning immediately. Creating space for real conversations. Rewarding the people who show up. That was the foundation. But let's be real. We're not here just to make friends. We're here to make money. A lot of it. I've been working for months on this core curriculum. The part that's actually going to change your bank account. And it drops this month. Here's everything inside: 🎯 Module 1: A four-part breakdown on finding exactly what you should be building. Not what sounds cool. Not what's trending. What actually makes sense for YOUR skills, YOUR speed, and what people will actually pay for. This concept alone will save you months of wasted time. πŸ’° Module 2: First $5K Three paths to your first $5,000. AI agents, landing pages, automation services. Scripts, pricing, delivery, all included. πŸ“Ÿ Module 3: N8N Foundations: The automation tool that's changing the game. Build workflows that save hours and make clients wonder how you did it. πŸ’Ό Module 4: Cold Outreach: Exact scripts for DMs, emails, and follow-ups. Copy, paste, close. 🀝 Module 5: Pricing & Packaging: Stop undercharging. Learn to price based on value, not hours. 🧯 Module 6: SaaS Gas: This one is special. My very own boilerplate. The same architecture I've used to launch several SaaS products including my latest, tryshowplace.com. Auth, payments, database, deployment, all pre-configured. You add the idea, I give you the foundation. Ship a full product in a weekend. πŸ’» Module 7: Vibe Coding: Build real apps without a CS degree. Replit + AI + speed. No gatekeeping. πŸš€ Module 8: 15-Day Launch System: Day 1: Idea. Day 15: Paying customers. Step by step. No fluff. 🧠 Module 9: Founder Frameworks: The strategy systems I use to analyze deals, prioritize ruthlessly, get clarity when things feels overwhelming, and know when to kill a project vs. double down. Four frameworks. Battle-tested.
Months of work. Dropping soon. Here's the full curriculum πŸ“š
