Thank you to everyone who came along on Thursday evening. The shares, the honesty and the laughter made it for me. @Cathy Cartwright @Melissa Gelineau @Lynne Brannigan (the others had cams off so I'm not sure who was there) If you missed it, or want to watch it again, the replay is below :) 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱: 1. Your money wounds aren't your fault, but they are your responsibility. Responsibility as in the ability to respond. Jobs, family, society and our own thinking hand us a value, and we act as if it's our worth. Your worth is beyond any price. 2. You're not charging for your time. You're charging for the transformation you promise. The boots and the map are on the shelf. You aren't. The transformation belongs to your client; what's yours is the space and presence you bring. 3. Charge enough to be fully present. The £10K client, and keeping your hands out of your clients' pockets. Say the price. Pause. Let them choose. And to finish, my walk around Draycote Water, and what happens when you treat doubt as a question rather than a verdict. 𝗔 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗴𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺: - Noticing when you stop monitoring yourself, and how much more present you become with people @Lynne Brannigan - "Static": the stuff other people throw at us, which we don't have to catch @Cathy Cartwright - Transformational work isn't tangible in the way we were taught tangible is, which is exactly why we undervalue it @Melissa Gelineau - When self-doubt pops up, it might be an invitation to ask, "Is this what I'm meant to be doing?" @MamaJ Hollows 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 👇 What's one thing you'd charge differently for if you truly believed your worth was beyond any price? Drop it in the comments. Love and activation, MamaJ 💫
